Smooth, im only a couple of years behind you and I always used to think about getting old and being alone. In the near future, Im gonna do a video similar but with a different twist and from a different angle. Hopefully, it will get more men to think seriously about their objective when they come over here. Stay happy bro, a lot of people are chasing the life we have.

Older men that get turned out do it voluntarily…. Some men are victims of their lack of discipline. I was married for 25 years. The only thing that turned me out was the love for my family, and responsibility. I doubt that I’ll get back to that level of trust again.

I try my best to avoid any western expact in Philippines. They love bringing their negativity with them that is why all my friends are only Filipinos in Philippines.

Smooth, as a man living overseas for over a decade, I tell my mother in the USA, that “the USA is really really really nice, but it just has some social problems, but man, it’s really sooo convenient and naturally beautiful”. I plan on returning to USA one day. Still saving up funds overseas to afford the cost of that “niceness”, mainly the cost of housing. Smooth, we definitely think alike.

Hi Smooth.... been a long time follower but seldom comment. But this topic I have to say.... with all the Filipinas that live here in Vegas/Henderson.... I just can not see traveling all the way to a distant country that in no way offers what the USA offers us seniors here. I'm 76 and met my Filipina in 1988 when I retired from the Air Force (21 years). We met in Denver, Co, lived together for 14 years and then finally married in 2002. We have lived here in Henderson for 20 years now. We could use the hospital on Nellis for free.... but we both have medicare and Tricare for Life. There is no reason to travel all the way to Nellis for medical. Last year my wife was rushed to the Saint Rose emergency room with Sepsis (blood poisoning). She was in critical condition and almost died. But with 4 doctors assigned to her case and 8 days in Saint Rose and another 11 days in the rehab hospital.... she pulled through. Our total out of pocket cost.... $29.00. Then 3 months ago I was rushed to the Saint Rose emergency room.... I was diagnosed with needing open heart surgery (quadruple bypass). Following the surgery, I spent 8 days in the ICU...... My total out of pocket cost.... nothing. And.... the care of all those wonderful Filipina nurses here.... well that is priceless! So.... for me, I don't see why anyone would leave the USA just to find a Filipina... when there are so many Filipinas here in the USA. Thanks for all your videos..... Take care.

If you know of any elders living alone in your community, please try to stop by for a visit when possible. Loneliness is not good for our elders or anyone else. That's why when I get the opportunity to speak with my elders, I give them as much of my time as I can. A little conversation means a lot to them. Stay blessed. ✌🏾❤️

Good video on a topic that doesn't get discussed frequently, brother Smooth. I think what a gentleman like that needs to understand is the available options. Even not knowing about his health issues, I can say that there's a VA clinic in Manila that deals with service- connected issues & Guam is a short flight away. Wish him luck & hope he gets the info he needs to make an informed decision 🙏🏾

That was a great one smooth🤣🤣🤣 You got me thinking about all the little minor inconveniences I suffer whenever I am in the Philippines. Then I start remembering how old I am and I realize I was getting along just fine without all these modern conveniences that we have today back when we were teenagers. I’m born in 70. Whenever I’m in the Philippines, I leave my spoiled ass western expectations in the west. once I expect that everything runs on Filipino time 🤣and it’s an island where most of the time things are out of stock, I completely enjoy myself , As result of adjusting my thinking about the situation. Most guys aren’t able to do that. So they come to the Philippines complaining about the inconveniences. I see them acting out. They come off to me as a bunch of spoiled ass entitled rich kids expecting things to work like it does in their rich neighborhoods.🤣🤣🤣 In one of the matrix movies there’s a character that just wants to go back into the matrix because it was so good and convenient there.🤣

USA is an oligarchy not a democracy.

The thing is that there is good and bad in every country. There are things in the Philippines that I like more than in the US, and there are things in the US that I like more than in the Philippines. There are things in Germany that I like more than anywhere else. There are things in Singapore that I marveled at. There are even things in Iraq that I actually found more enjoyable as far as their true society away from the violence goes. .... Contentment is directly related to what a person can and cannot deal with. You key points are absolute truth. The lack of wide, clean streets is one of the first major differences you see when coming to the Philippines, while trying to avoid stepping in dog poop or getting hit by a tricycle. The people here are rumored to be more genuine simply because we do not often know what they are saying or thinking behind those 'friendly' smiles. There are a lot of vengeful and ruthless people here..... Like every other country of course. Two years here and I have learned a lot about the not so hidden traits of the people and culture. Even my wife says it is not the country that she left over 20 years ago, the people have become more spiteful. Again I will say that no country is the greatest country, but living in some, is better than living in others. The US is a more racism based nation (it was founded on it), threatening to become a national socialist nation. And yep, we see Nazis marching around cities freely, we see YT supremacist groups cheering on one specific convicted felon, we see laws enforced differently based on race and wealth. We just witnessed what was nothing more than a nationally televised klan meeting in Madison Square Gardens.... But for now, we can still legally fight back against that type garbage. Hopefully we will one day defeat the demons of human difference in the US and make it great for ALL citizens..... People of the Philippines go to many different countries .. many times out of necessity because their government fails to function properly and improve their economy. See yall in 2026....

Your point is well taken Smooth! We bitch, whine and moan about what we "dont have" We are spoiled. Most of the people who complain have never lived abroad so they dont appreciate all that they have. You'll never hear me bitch about all of our luxuries. I just wanted to choose a fit, feminine and friendly woman that I could spend my time with. Even with the things that are wrong with our country, it is still one of the best in the world!
