Hello! 🤗 We're so happy you found us! To answer your question. Yes! 100%. All figures from reputable brands (such as any brand sold on AmiAmi.com) must obtain licensing rights to produce the character. Now, it's not always the Author that owns the rights. For Albedo, the Author does own the Copyright, but Kadokawa is the Publisher. So typically, Kadokawa will handle the licensing agreement on behalf of the author as they probably own the full "Intellectual Property" (or "IP") that is the series "Overlord". There's. A decent chance the author didn't approve it directly. Just sold the rights to Kadokawa to sell on behalf of them. So this Albedo, for example, has a Kadokawa sticker on the box proving it is an officially licensed product 😊 You do have to be careful. There are companies that produce unlicensed figures. These do not give any royalties back to the original IP (Intellectual Property) and are essentially stealing the copyright to make a product. They'll try to get around it by saying it's a parody product or not actually that character. There are many NSFW 18+ companies that do unlicensed nude figures, since there's no way many IP's will give them the rights to make a nude figures of their characters. Anything you see on this channel will be a licensed figure 🙂 To elaborate further, there most certainly are figures of Original Characters (OC's) by smaller doujin artists that do get figures too! And they would be approached in a similar way by a figure company to work out a deal to create a figure of their character. Hope that helps!

Now that they are larger, they seem to have gone straight to Steam for the Scoutmaster season, though we are seeing them once again doing a Kickstarter for their latest game, Jock Studio. Haha! Because people keep spreading the false narrative that it's not allowed 🤷 If you read the ToS, it's allowed so long as it isn't "for sexual gratification." So a methodical and educational approach that keeps your audience's attention throughout the video (vs them skipping and replaying one smutty part) helps prevent the algorithm from flagging you. This is also why some of those videos showcasing a bunch of newly released figures get flagged if they have NSFW figures; if people jump to that part and that's what retains attention, it could be seen as smut. We are also official TH-cam Partners too! So a real human had to approve our channel 🫡 That being said though, it is more complicated. To maintain partnership, the majority of your views cannot be from 18+ content. So there's the possibility if one of our 18+ videos goes viral, it could demonetize our channel. So we are going to try and maintain a 1/3 18+ to 2/3 SFW ratio at most. On top of that, 18+ videos cannot be monetized. Then lastly, I've heard from industry friends (though this could be speculation) that having ANY 18+ content on your channel dramatically changes how frequently the algorithm pushes you and to whom. So as cool as it is and as proud as we are of it, I can't say I can recommend other channels follow suit 🤷 If we could do it again (or maybe simply in the future), we may create a fully separate channel for 18+ content. Honestly, just your recognition and acknowledgement of the disparity means a lot. As you said, it is sad that Senpai has a plethora to choose from, but I do not. When you say studied, was this studying Japanese for a year? or for an academic program?

But if you want to put on the clothes, I would recommend hand washing with cold water and some detergent. Then let air dry. It should remove a lot of the excess dye that causes the staining!

Yeah...they know we'll pay. And we did 😑 Only conditioning them to continue to do so further. Coconut is Senpai's favorite, singular cat girl. She's very sweet and clumsy (due to her size - she's large because she's a maine coon). Senpai says if he could have one cat girl, it would be Coconut. Though if he could have two, it would be Chocola and Vanilla 😒 He's wrong though. Cinnamon is best girl ❤️
