I have a Samsung Watch 7 and only charge it every other night. If I want just a basic watch it will last a month. I have a job where I have to record the time for activities. I also work around water so it is safer to check messages and alerts on my wrist vs pulling my phone out and making sure it clips correctly. I time food, track steps, speaker phone, weather, etc. It also has enough storage for about 500 songs so I don't need my phone while working out. On top of the other features I use here and there.

I would love to get myself a 5000. It is a bit pricey though… I wish there were more alternatives with the upgraded module.

The same three are my favorites! I think the 5000U looks the best, but it's too heavy because of the metal housing, the resin material is too soft, and it's also a bit expensive. The 5610 is the most practical because it knows everything and is light. What I like about the 5600 is that it is the simplest, cheapest model. Since it works with a battery, I don't have to worry about charging, I don't constantly turn my arm towards the sun on the street. It's the cheapest, simplest, and therefore gives you the most freedom. I always sync with time.is when I use it, so I'm within a second of the time when I walk out the door. :D This watch collection is really a disease, I really like your video, you summarized everything well. :D

You got so lucky that the silver one hits the markers perfectly. I had the 40mm blue one and it was misaligned. I want to buy the silver one as well, but all the ones that I’ve seen are terribly misaligned :(

Thank you! Great review - I am so impressed with this CW GMT. I wised the watch was truly an “orca”, if it was DLC. The proportions are awesome! Most of CW watches have such thin bezels making the proportions not right for my taste. The other areas CW has gotten right is the GMT hand, bracelet and clasp - just perfect at an incredible price.

Are the hands 'off' from the seconds markers or is it just the angle?

Only problem is i always feel digital watches are so...unsophisticated? Idk like analog is honestly faste to read and with lume dont even have to hit light to see in the dark

Very happy with this watch. I had one dud as far as the date mechanism is concerned, but I kept it anyways as a spare. I could have changed it over under warranty. 3 Years battery life seems to be the case. I have changed batteries myself and the watch still is waterproof. Hope it will never be scrapped ! I bath in hotsprings and swim in the ocean and go to Saunas. Never take my watch off ! Splendid watch ! And I never need an instruction manual to change the setting ! 6/5 stars !

The GMAS2100 is more wearable on a smaller wrist. Of course the GMAP2100 is even smaller but no sub dial for the day.

you should oil fill them. Auto-lume will not work anymore.

For trips to the office or trips to the bottom of the ocean. A wedding or a deployment. A companion for life.

I couldn't agree more. The Smartwatch I have now I paid $140 for, and I'm sure it will be my last one. And anybody that pays $400 for one (Google Pixel) loves flushing $$$ down the toilet.

I have the version 4 and the only thing i wish was better because the screw down crown has some wobble after you unscrew it.

I looked at several tutorials and this was by far the best and most comprehensive. I’m 70 years old and I was able to set this watch. 👍

I got the 35mm quartz version a couple weeks ago. I love it. To my eye, the proportions are perfect for my 6 3/4" wrist. And it is so comfortable you practically forget yor are wearing it. I'll admit, I was really hesitant to get it for a long time. I thought for sure it would be too small. And i knew the 40mm would be to big. So i was a little bummed that i would have to pass on the PRX altogether. But then i got out my old vintage 33mm integrated that had been sitting in a drawer for decades. After replacing the battery and wearing it for a few weeks, i realized how much bigger an integrated bracelet design makes the watch feel. So i gave the 35mm PRX a try. And it is just about perfect!

like why did they made the A button so hard to push i thought my watch is broken or something and i used a stick to push it in(it works fine)BUT ITS HELLA HARD.tnx for solving my problem man love your video👍

How is the off-axis rejection and proximity?

Interesting hearing you review the SSC813 a couple of years ago - I bought the SSC911 - the ‘go large’ version a week ago. I think Seiko understood some of the issues you identified and ‘ironed them out’ with the 911. They didn’t with the date window - it’s now more difficult to see than on your 813! The area of the case adjacent to the bracelet are now in matching brushed steel. The luminesence now extends to each hour marker etc. I’m pleased with my purchase. I haven’t looked as yet to see if you subsequently reviewed the 911 - will have a look now.
