I had to do some digging for this one. Bottom line, the only way to hide attendee names is if you have a Teams Premium license. Then you will see a Hide Attendee name toggle button in the roles section of the meeting settings. If you don't see the toggle, your organization does not pay for a premium license.

Hi, this is perplexing because when I tested it again today booking a meeting on my Outlook calendar takes the time slot off my bookings calendar. To be clear though what happens is, if I book a call with you at 10 AM on my personal calendar it shows my time as busy. Then if I go to my bookings page where a coworker/customer would book time they will not see 10 AM as a slot, so the customer cannot double book my time. The tricky thing you alluded to is that if you go to the booking calendar it may not show that you have a personal appointment so it looks like the time slot is open. What is happening is Bookings and your Personal Calendar are talking to each other for the free/busy data. The sync to your personal calendar only goes one way. From booking to personal calendar. I hope that makes sense.

Hi, after doing some quick testing, it is possible to send the poll outside your company. BUT you must turn of verify identity in the poll settings or they may not be able to access the voting option, the page will just spin. I did the test by sending the email to a Gmail account and an outlook account with another company, both required verify identity turned off.

Hi Christinia, you make a good point that the max number of attendees can be set when the service is created but cannot be edited after the fact. I feel like that used to be a feature and wonder why it was changed. Microsoft and their mysterious ways.

@@ChristinaMindsetCoach now that is strange because I went and tested it in 2 Microsoft Accounts I have access to. Both allowed me to set the max attendees. Lets make sure we are taking the same steps. The calendar is set up. You open the calendar, go to services, and then click add a new service. In the field for max attendees, the up and down arrows should let you change the number of participants. If not, I would ask your IT department if there is something that they configured to restrict the application.

There are two answers depending on the flavor of your question. First, if you want to put the link to the bookings calendar in your Outlook signature block there is not an easy one click like personal bookings. But you can go to the settings for the booking calendar, select booking page from the menu, and either copy the link or get an embed code. Once you have that go to Outlook settings, Mail menu item, Compose and Reply, and then add it to your signature block. You can mimic the personal booking message and hide the link behind words like "book time with Legal Affairs" or whatever your calendar name is. Save the email signature and people can easily get to your bookings page. Second, If you are asking how to see the appointments everyone on the calendar has, that is not a feature. The Bookings page will automatically add your appointments to your personal Outlook. If you are the manager of the calendar and need to see all booking for all staff, that will be in the Booking app.

Hi, to enter an equation select a Text question, toggle the Math button, click in the box that says equation and a keyboard will appear letting you type out the equation.

SnagIt is not a proper video editor software. It does capture video and audio when you use the capture tool and you can make simple changes. But you cannot import external media. For that you would need to export your SnagIt capture, and use a editing tool like Camtasia.

Yes it will work. Power Automate is not checking for ownership of the group, only that the proper data was supplied in the conditions of the flow.

You are correct they do now. I can’t remember if I said they did not in this video because it’s an older one and at one point in time there were not automated messages.

This one stumped me for a few minutes. You are correct, it does not go to the chat files or OneDrive. The only way I could get rid of the screenshot was to go to the original message, click the 3 dots, select edit, and then delete the screenshot in the message. I just did this by clicking backspace to remove it. All that was left was the text I put in the message. If you don't need to keep anything about the message, go to the 3 dots for the message and click delete.

@@gervaiselantier It is too bad that better permission controls are not in place. But I don't think they will change it. I have noticed that Microsoft tends to code to the path of least resistance with things like this.

Hi, you cannot amend the permissions on group forms. Microsoft did not create granular controls in that way. When you have a group from anyone who is an owner of the group can also edit it. This is why when I teach this class live, I let folks know they need to have an understanding with the owners of what the rules are. Otherwise, as you message implies, it can quickly become a mess. One thing I did to mitigate this lack of control is create a group just for the Forms I create and put in another owner I trust. This way it limits who can edit but still make sure the forms don't stop working should I leave the company.

Hi, I think best is highly subjective. It depends on the type of content you create and the equipment you have. I film in 3840 x 2160 (4K) because when I use the zoom feature it looks better. But before I had the tools to film that way I used 1920 x 1080 and no one complained. I know someone who does more cinematic stuff and they would only film in 4K. Not knowing your setup I would say use whatever maximum settings are available to you to provide as much clarity to the footage as you can. That is just my opinion.

I just tested this in the new designer in Power Automate and Update item is there when I use the When an Item is created trigger. The update item is the only way I know to write the data back to the list. The only thing I can think of that may have gone wrong is you may have picked when a FILE is created instead of when an ITEM is created as the trigger. They are right next to each other on the trigger list and it is easy to click too fast and pick the wrong one.

@@HeatherMajors Thank you for the quick response. I was using the template "Content Schedule with approvals" in lists. For some reason, you can't update the approval status column with update item or at least I couldn't. I decided to just make my own list in sharepoint with the columns I needed and it works way better now.

Hi, I am not sure how to do what you are asking. Power Apps is something I am learning and sharing as I go. Every tutorial I have seen, including Microsoft ones, have all demonstrated from the perspective of lists.

No it is not possible to have multiple Out of Office set up. I get this question often so I checked the MS documentation just in case. There is no indication that they plan to add anything like that.
