The biggest mistake people make with Amazon / eBay etc is that they think they own their business, they don’t Amazon do, and they can shut you down whenever they want. The best advise I would give to anyone thinking of doing this is do it as an additional selling platform to your website, invest your money in your own website, then use these platforms as addition income, that way when they do get rid or you (and the will eventually) or price you out of the market then you have your main business intact. I would maybe write out things you want , and plan it out better. Get your friends to keep up to date with those plans.

I think we are too comfortable, and that limits us. In the depth of our subconscious we know that we don't really have to do anything more and life will be good anyway. Job, wife, house.. all the bases are covered. Other than a shock, try reducing entertainment as much as possible, including social media. Boredom breeds motivation in my experience.

Good old lazyness, i know it well. I once had a personal trainer and they told me, your issue is you don't have a good enough 'why' which is the reason you are doing things, its the punch that gets you out of bed everyday etc and they are right I don't, I need to go be more healthy just like you, learn new things, improve my prospects, but I'm very often meh I just don't want to when it comes down to it. I think ambitious people tend to ponder this question about others around them. And I think the reality is just that the majority of people aren't really that ambitious at all. Of course anyone you ask would say they'd love to be a millionaire, but that's on the premise of it being handed to them. Not many people are actually willing to put the effort into attaining it. I even found with myself that I've gotten to a point in my career where my salary makes me pretty comfortable and I could definitely go out and earn more, but my priorities have shifted, and I've realized I'm not as ambitious as I thought I was, at least with regards to a career. I have an amazing work/life balance right now, and I value that more than progressing further. Not to mention I also found out not too long ago I'm going to be a parent. And I'm so glad I've got a job that will both allow me to spend a lot of time with my partner and child and bring in enough to support them. Don't get me wrong I have financial goals too, but I'd quite happily keep doing my job now for a long time to come. Being pretty comfortable, while still chipping away at becoming financially free. Think the bottom line is, realizing your ambition is more likely the exception than the norm, and if you're one of the more ambitious people struggling with the mundanity of life, you probably need a goal or purpose.

Good video. Lots of people get to where you are and have children. Children then become their purpose, then grandchildren etc. Obviously it is not binary but dreams are then perceived to be less achievable. I do not have children and do not intend to but too many are not prepared to put in the effort to achieve their dreams or they do not know what their dreams are due to societal norms. Keep going!

So real man, I wanted to do a video on this subject too. Swear I turned into a zombie. I did 6 years in total and called it quits, saved a bit, and moved back in with the parents to spend some proper time with them, and then set off to cycle all of Italy to learn the language, see my Italian family, and experience the place. I'm halfway done, and it's the first time I've felt proud in a while. The time just drags on when you're in that repetitive cycle, but overall it flies by and you wonder where it went...

Your over thinking this it's just a number don't abuse yourself don't smoke don't drink to much keep fit I'm now in my mid 60's and feel just like l did when l was 50 l watch my weight take my vitamins and get plenty of exercise with work l am self employed and work has a same day courier travelling all over the UK and l recently started working on Amazon flex at the weekend and manage it no problem at all life seems to get better after every decade people in their 70's are supposed to be the happiest of all of us

The thing with having money isn't so much the happiness, it's the freedom it gives you to explore other avenues and interests...I'm not talking tons of money, just having maybe a 20-30k cushion in the bank...but it's ridiculously difficult to build up whilst trying to also live your life a little.
