Just adding. Motul 7100 10w50 Fully Synthetic is what has been used for my bike in many ofKTM Delhi-NCR SCs from the very beginning of my purchase. Heck! I had shifted to Motul even for my P220Fi!! Motul 300v2 is thinner than 7100 and has less service interval duration.

@@dipuBarua I think this is the problem here in india I am surprised that Bajaj is pushing HP Prolube to KTM's as well This engine oil is so bad that it cannot even last for 3k KM's properly Its better to change it yourself and ride smoothly with any dedicated fully synthetic engine oil like motul, silkolene etc

@@roadrunner2757 ABSOLUTELY!!! Am just so worried about the new owners of these KTMs, Triumphs. Don't think they have proper knowledge. I belong to an earlier generation of bikers from the XBHP era where we used to has technical knowledge sharing G2Gs as well. This is utter non sense of Bajaj (KTM and Triumph) for pushing the dealers to use HP crap over Motul!! My worry is that I am eagerly waiting for the Enduro 390 to be released but what I have heard is that KTM is mentioning ProLube in their service manual for their new D390s (399cc) which means they will do the same for Enduro as well. So, if I refuse to use HP and use Motul 7100 of 10w50, can KTM void my warranty????

@@dipuBarua Not Exactly 300v2 last even longer I have tested it also. 300v2 have more additives and can last even 10k KM's easily

Hi Sourabh, I faced a sound coming from engine but as per triumph it was time chain tension replacement. However I am not convinced the valve clearance might be required

@roadrunner2757 is there a certain interval/ mileage after which triumph suggests to replace tension? Also, after how many km you have started facing this issue?

@@hammadsuhail5216 you have to make sure the timely interval service from Triumph is done and dont disclose about the engine oil you are using

@@s.prabhdeepsingh thank you so much for your Kind words 🙏 This Super Meteor Belongs to one of my friend, as far as RE's 650 Engines performance with Motul 7100 is really good. It is the safest option which can easily last 7-8k km's rest again based on the riding style it depends you may even go 10k KM's with Motul

Its your choice what matters My experience says there is huge quality difference between speed/scram 400 compared to Yezdi and Jawa products

@@sagarsolanki4113 remove the rear mud fender near the swingarm in advance, if possible get a carbon racing windshield other air will be too much To protect your hand fingers from cold get a big knuckle protector installed Make sure to have a metal sum plate And proper radiator gaurd to protect the bike from damage from small stones

@@gurucharanchundi hi Gurucharan This happens with me and yes i do check the engine oil once in every 1000kms What i got to know, bike consumes engine oil, since this is high compression engine 200 300ml till next service is normal
