Thank you for your reply I’ve never received rtwsp this would be my first time applying I had more than one claim in my case so I have 4 ADJ numbers I followed the steps from your video but it won’t let me put in more than 1 ADJ number I’m not sure how to proceed any information would be appreciated

@@dsandman272 That's true for some of their employers. Are you a state of California employee? Either way, if either party refuses a C&R, then it won't happen. Both have to agree for it to happen. @@ayondanny123Many reasons possible. Because lump sum is more money up front for them. Stip is only 290 per week for them. They may want to bet on you not using much of the future medical or dying before you get expensive if being cynical.

@ yeah that sucks they didnt want to do a lump sum in my situation which is very unfortunate we were hoping in settling in a lump sum

I am not sure I understand your question. But the amount of body parts on a date of injury does not change the amount of TTD paid. However, TTD will end when you are P&S - permanent and stationary (can end sooner, but definitely ends then). But if you main part, R knee is P&S but your left knee is a compensable consequence and it is not P&S and you are off work due to the left knee or have restrictions for that left knee that your employer cannot accommodate, then you should continue getting TTD until the left knee is also P&S. @GonzalezLawEmpower I was in LE contract meningitis got 4850 time and state rate. Those benefits ended last November. My compensable compensation after AME referred me to an optometrist and ENT. Both specialists found injuries due to my meningitis claim, leading to compensable consequences. Those injuries kept me out of work. I decided to retire because of my injuries. The original injury happened in November 2020. Last month, the Optometrist and ENT both stated on their report that my injuries were due to my original meningitis claim . Had i not had those other compensable consequences, I would still be working. Can I get 4850 and state rate for those compensable consequences ? My meningitis claim has not closed. I see my final AME for my meningitis claim on November 12th. It has been 4 years since my original injury.
