I hit my head on a glass at work really hard , my supervisor took me to the urgent care here in Valencia California I was a little bit confuse cause the Pappers the clinic gave me said that I can go back to work but the same day clinic send me to the ER at Henry mayo hospital I got an CT scan I have a scalp contusion head injury the ER doctor gave me ibuprofen and norco and some other medice por the pain and vomiting . Today I had a appointment at the same urgent care and they send me back to work she told me that medication the doctor gave me in the ER is too strong and that she can switch it for Tylenol! I still not feel good to go back to work my head hurts and I have nausea she sent me back to work with restrictions so I can be sitting all day but I work in aerospace and sitting im a asssembler the urgent care didn’t care about my pain they just want me to get back to work

That might possibly be both work comp and personal injury. Work comp against employer and personal injury against the dog owner. Can usually have case at the same time.

If you were just released to work, your attorney should demand TTD continue since they cannot accommodate your restrictions. @@GonzalezLawEmpower so today I was released from care with restrictions I still have physical therapy and I still have doctor's appointments my job couldn't accommodate me I wish I could have hire you as an attorney there's a communication barrier between my attorney he has three paralegals working for him and when I asked to go a question they seem to answer with the different answer it's very stressful

I am not sure if that is the employer attorney you are referring to. Just file the attorney dismissal and send the defense attorney a copy so they will start talking to you.
