why PSS/E doesnt respect Pmax of generators? I set the generator Pmax to 50 MW, and the generator power to, say 75 MW asnd it runs the load flow with no errors

For dynamic modelling of wind machines,to enter the time constants and parameters for WT4-G1 model, WT4-E1 (exciter control), where we get the values, how to choose it? Do we need to choose from a machine manufacturer's data sheet?

in other software we can determine critical clearing time which depicts how much time my turbine will remain in synchronism for a large sudden disturbance like an outage of grid supply or an another generator etc , this time parameter is needed for coordinating protections, load shedding schemes, Grid Islanding schemes, all these...we can do it in ETAP, Digsilent, we can determine critical clear time, like this, can't we have it in PSSE?

What actually does mean, converted case file, what we do in Convert Generator and load, why we need to do this, what's the significance of creating .con file?

A question for you, can I save a dynamic simulation progress in the middle of switching event, for instance, a fault on a bus, by saving the system case and snapshot, and later continue to run this simulation? I noticed that if I do so, after I reload the system case and snapshot, my fault is no longer in the list to be cleared. Does that mean dynamic simulation cannot be saved in the middle of switching event?

When I save a file of a single line diagram, then I close it and then I open it the software changes color to all objects (bus bar, generator, etc.) and I can not visualize and modify the electrical parameters of these objects.
