MY TESTIMONY + 3 times that God picked me up, turned me around & placed my feet on solid ground
EDIT: I purposely didn’t edit this video. I did want to add scripture overlays to certain points, but the way it uploaded it’s just the raw footage. If its hsrd to watch becaue of this, I apologize 🙂‍↕️
I couldn’t fully come back to YouTueb before posting this. I’m just another person saved by grace trying to do right by God - and trying to utilize the time we have left appropriately.
If you haven’t yet considered, TRY JESUS. I promise you - you have nothing to lose just to try and see if God and Jesus are real.
PRAY THIS:
Dear God, my heart and my mind is open to you. If you are real, show me. If you are real, save me from my sin. If you are real, help me in my unbelief. Reveal yourself to me Lord so that I may know for certain if you see me and if you know me. Amen 🙏🏾

Thabk you for watching.
God bless 🤍🫶🏾

    I start school next month can you please tell me the difference between HA, BA In organizational management and BA In community healthcare ????

    • @eryndane
      @eryndane หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not familiar with the BA in org management or the BA in community healthcare. I would suggest taking a good look at the curriculum to see if there are any differences or similarities. From their titles, org management seems like a broad management degree where you could work at any organization, community health is a niche subsection in the healthcare industry (closer to public health, look up Community-Based Orgs or CBOs to learn more), and HA is a broad management degree but specifically for healthcare organizations. Hope this helps!

      This is a good point - a lot of organizations are looking to kill two birds with one stone by hiring people with clinical backgrounds or experience. I've even some colleagues go back and get a clinical degree to enhance their resume. Are you looking for work only in hospitals?

    • @gigglekeyon

      Yes which is money gimmick. Why are all these unnecessary useless degrees around if they will keep changing the requirements. In Texas they want you to be a CNA OR RN just in case they need extra help you skilled to help in the role as a backup.🤦🏾‍♀️ a waste of money,time and debt😤

    This is a nice video. I am glad I came across your videos because I am in my senior year as I started this college journey aiming toward nursing I got into the program, but it didn't go as I expected. I loved the idea, but after failing two times, I decided to switch majors, which I felt like a failure. With all this I really wanted to do something that i can also be able to impact my community and also love what I was doing and that's how i came across Healthcare Administration which I had never heard about and it was a short course but as I am nearing to the end as an international student I have started questioning myself whether this is a good enough career path for me. It scares me everytime i watch a video and everyone says you need to make connections but i even don't really know where to begin from. Anyway I am just gland to have came across your video and I hope you see this. You have given me confidence that its doable.

    • @eryndane
      @eryndane 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yesss, it's very doable! It takes courage to switch up your plan but it's important to do what's right for you and your career. As far as making connections and networking, I'd recommend taking it one step at a time. Maybe talk to one professor after class, make one friend in one class, attend one event or club meeting and go from there. Do what you're comfortable with, and then push yourself to take that next step and continue growing.

      Oh honey, there are MANY types of jobs that you can get with a HA degree. A better place to start would be to think about what kind of job would you like to have, what would you want to do in your day-to-day, and then research and network to see if it exists (it probably does!). You could also start with assessing your skills and go from there to figure out which jobs would be best suited for you.

    Is it difficult to find a job with your undergraduate degree with Healthcare Administration. How do you get it?

    • @eryndane
      @eryndane 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is only difficult if you don't have a vision for what you want to do with your degree. Then, you'll have no direction and apply to anything and everything. Most of the time, employers can feel that energy through your application and will be less inclined to hire/interview you. It's not hard to find a job in Healthcare Administration in general, but it can be depending on your preparedness, your work experience, and the healthcare niche/area you're applying into. I got my first job in healthcare by working hard on my resume and cover letter, and applying to jobs where my transferable skills would work best and make me the best candidate for the position.

  • @mercibeau

    hey! new to your channel! i start my bachelors in supervision & management with a healthcare administration focus and i’m super excited to start ! did you have any previous experience within healthcare before starting your undergrad? i have about 2 years of healthcare admin experience as far as patient access goes so i chose healthcare admin because of the job demand and wanting to be within healthcare without touching anything clinical. but i’ve always wondered if it would be as easy finding a job after completing my degree as i plan on staying within healthcare throughout the working on my degree. also, how did you find your niche within healthcare? i’d like to think of healthcare admin as broad as psychology degrees as far as career choices. the degree im going for has a healthcare admin concentration so it covers the business portion of healthcare but also has supervision/management classes (similar to business admin) and i hope to pursue a career within HR for a clinic or hospital.

    • @eryndane
      @eryndane 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well, it sounds like you have a great plan! Congratulations on starting your bachelors degree soon! I did not have any previous work experience in healthcare, so the fact that you already have some already puts you in a better position than your peers simply because you experientially understand the industry. Whereas I only had volunteering and internships when I started applying to jobs. As long as you focus on growing your skills and experiences according to your career goals, then getting a job post-grad shouldn't be too bad since your resume will show your intention in preparing for the roles you're applying to. I found my niche by exploring and researching the ones that sounded interesting to me. The more exposure I got to it helped to guide me, but I'd say I'm still figuring out my exact niche even today! Hope this helps <3

    Thank you so much for this video I really learnt a lot, I just want to ask a question, I am from Nigeria I studied agriculture for my bachelors degree and plan towards transitioning into health care administration in the university of Regina Canada, I then found out while applying on the school portal that the course Health administration is an online course, so does that mean if I travel to Canada for the course I won’t attend classes as it an online course? Can I offer the course without necessarily traveling to Canada?? And also please are there schools in the U.S that also offer this course for international students thanks

    • @eryndane
      @eryndane 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, there are US universities and colleges that offer a Healthcare Administration course/degree program. I would recommend reaching out to someone (i.e. an advisor or professor) at that university to see if moving would be necessary. You may be able to take your classes online, but perhaps there are other components of the program that require being on campus or being in person.

    Thank you for this! One of the colleges I applied to I really like their Healthcare admin program as an undergraduate and I really think this will fit me. I was a Business Admin person at first but now im confident and see myself in this role.

      Well, being a literal administrator is not the only job option when you graduate with this degres. Right now, I'm working at a health policy consulting firm and I like it so far!
