The short answer is "not really"; unless it's a pet you brought with you, there's not really a way to have the in-area NPCs help you out meaningfully with Doomsday, and there's also not really a way to get any of the local sub-bosses (Superboy, Steel, Bizarro, and Hank Henshaw) to engage either.

MYstic Symbol of the Seven @ 160, Strategist Card @ 160, and Transformation Card @ 160. The Mystic provides the healing on hit, Strategist procs a HOT on Crit, and Transformation bumps Healing Crit Chance up an extra 20%.

"kind of", is the short answer. mostly, it can also allow you to spam SC (by reducing cooldowns and increasing overall pool size) but it's not the most effective Artifact unless your build revolves around SC output.

Yeah, I go with HLS because it's better for pickups, but in a fight like this it pays extra bills because no damage passthrough. That said, the best way to not take the damage is not to be there so I did that a lot in this fight too. That ALSO said I think the sheer amount of red bleedthrough from Immolation would have given me a heart attack.

These days? The easiest place to get either of them is at Constantine, 10 Source marks a piece, the above demonstrated combination is functional at level 160 for both items- the vast majority of the healing is coming from the Mystic symbol of the seven, so if you were going to pick just one? Pick the Mystic symbol - whatever your default powerset pull is should be sufficient, the lasso is really more for crowd control than it is for healing in this setup.

it would be nice, the other side of that coin is? Most of the build for ice Elemental is might side, not Precision side, and considering that it's a transformation? It probably shouldn't be using weapon Mastery combos, even if the default range works correctly, it still changing your entire combo set when it activates. Still, broke is broke and they should be fixing broke shit.

th-cam.com/video/3QdHM9AzFCg/w-d-xo.html - now, here's the caveat: the first 100 SP, the percentile gains, have a direct effect because of the percentage boost to the stat itself, whereas the long-term aggregate gains take longer to kick in. Essentially: the further away from 100 SP you get, the more pronounced the direct numeric gain values are - the numeric SP gain is scalar (like CR) so the further away from 0, the higher the amount per point. So while there's quite a while after 100 SP where the additional numeric gains are minimally noticeable, as you near the level of SP closer to the end of that category you'll notice much steeper numeric gains and a similarly pronounced effect on output. So it's worth the trouble in the long run - 150 SP is a barely noticeable difference from 100, but 295 SP means 6K/s higher Single Target output, and more for AoE.

Yeah, this isn't the first bug I have posted on- sometimes it's a known bug, sometimes it's something I discover myself, usually there's not a video with it though and that seems to get developer attention really fast. This wasn't the first time it happened to me either, but it was definitely a championship example of it occurring.

The short answer is yes, the number will be larger, but Jackhammer isn't the reason why - the Strategist Card is.
