Very poor and retarded phone design, you almost either damage your fingers or the phone in the very real struggle to remove the back cover for battery.

I also discovered Negroni two tap to back of phone for taking a picture. Convenient. 3 taps to back of phone will turn off the front screen....on-off button will reactivate the home screen. Handy...but it's an app....if against apps.....

I have this phone aswell, it's durable asf, I only just recently cracked the screen from leaning in on it during autobody. But otherwise than that, it's a very good phone, it has loads of storage, it has a REMOVABLE battery which is pretty cool, not only is it uncommon to find in modern day phones, but I'd one of you batteries gets damages from say a Peirce, or it inflates, you can remove it. Very small, and compact, but it's a very decent sturdy and small phone.

BUYER BEWARE..I bought the ulefone armor 12 5g from their eBay store 4 months ago the camera quit working I have reached out the them on both the eBay store and at their website, several times. I don't want a refund I just want a way to repair it. So far they have blown me off which is a shame.I wanted to continue to do business with them buying two more phones for my wife and son, but I'll probably be going to blackview instead. BUYER BEWARE..... I will continue to post this everywhere I see ulefone untill a representative contacts me about a fix for my phone.

Would be great if you can test this phone with Freedom Mobile network. The Pro version of X10 checks almost all the boxes for me, except that it doesn't support LTE band 66 which Freedom Mobile uses. Not sure if it would be a major issue...

It has hotspot but the connection is not too good even when plugged in to power. When the screen is on it keeps connect/disconnect cycling. I'm wondering if it's just mine or yours does the same?

I've just ordered the Ulefone Armor X10 through Amazon Canada. I will need a case, but don't see a case specifically for the X10 model. The Armor X12 has a solid plastic case with a rotating belt clip and a carabiner attachment. The X10 and X12 phones look identical, but I need to confirm whether the two phones have identical dimensions and whether the X12 case fits the X10 phone?
