Yeah that mustang for sure wasn’t racing, my buddy had a 550hp 6.0 and another buddy with just an intake and exhaust on his 2016 GT and the only time the 6.0 was in front was from a dig 0-60 then the mustang wipes it’s ass with the 6.0

These guys are all focusing on horsepower, it’s the torque most people commenting are forgetting. A tuned diesel truck can lay down 1200 lb. Ft. Of torque or more, with reasonable bolt-ons and a good tune. There are some amazing tunes, affordable turbos, injectors, intake manifolds, etc. that can easily make a diesel smoke a tuned mustang or other late mod muscle car. Look up kill devil diesel and see the Available parts for this truck. $10k and you have a monster.

You can clearly see tire smoke from him blowing the tires off, but h&s tunes are complete junk to begin with. I would hope the 6.0 would've walked him. At the same time you can hear that the 6.0 isn't stock and by how it ran. What's done to the cummins

6.0 trucks are fucking trash from a reliability standpoint. I want to bash my head against the wall very time I see one come into the shop. But they are high revving and easy to make fast if you have the money to put into one
