This song is about a friend of the band (..friend of mine) that took his own life. The laughter (?) was not actually laughter but it's a very cool actual recording of this person who used to do dolphin impressions. The band are amazing and I don't believe they have made an average song yet. If you ever get the chance to see them live do not hesitate they are brilliant. Jenny has the strongest voice despite performing some minor gymnastics on stage, she doesn't miss a beat. Paul and Nail are just about the best guitar team getting around at the moment while Nick is an incredible drummer who was awesome before he was even an adult, Their shows are pure high energy combined with excellent, faultless music and lyrical content. As you might surmise, yes I am very much a fan and have caught them live more than once. Like I said, don't miss the opportunity to get along and see these guys, they put on an unforgettable show. My recommendation would probable be Dirt but all of their material is wonderful.

The guitar riff is second to none and what ENERGY DAMN!!! I'm a serious Bon fan, Brian is just filling in temporarily LOL

They really have a very unique sound and that should stay so. Evolve is my favorite song, even so I won't say it's their best, but for me the most energetic especially in this MV. Cause of that, I come back on this on a regular basis, which means daily!😁

Lovebites is a great band and Miyako and Midori are great guitar players... but this version and this other (th-cam.com/video/JT1gsh2Nuwk/w-d-xo.html) are awful and dull, without intensity, passion, or magic... and also a bit sloppy. The song was dedicated to Jack Flanagan. He was a long time friend, manager, and sometimes guitar player of Clutch. I saw a show in September of 2003 where he filled in on guitar for Tim Sult. He was also GWAR's manager.
