Solved tightening screws!!!! Thanks you very much

Not sure if that 4 loose screws was the main reason or was a particular case but found alot of these lenses that have issue with focus at short distance no matter the zoom range and was the af block.

Thank you! I never would have thought about those little screws. My 70-200mm needed all the screws tightened, 2 needed 3 full turns. I couldn't believe it. I'm going to see if any of my other lenses need that done. I haven't tested it yet, but I feel like that will fix the issue.

Dude, srsly, what the hell??? I bought my 70-200 2.8 L mk1 2 days ago and i was wondering why it wont focus on 1.4m or 2.5m to infinity. I just saw this video and i had to check this and seriously, it worked!!! 2 screws were a tiny bit loose, cleaned the pins and it works so smootly now. Thank you hero

HELLO MR. JAMES. i hve have one question. (For your experience.. There is any copy of FAKE lens .especially this 70-200mm canon lens). 2. I have problem with my canon lens 70-200mm ft 2.8 ii usm.LENS ONLY FOCUS HALF THE OBJECT. and other half it turn out Blur.?!. can you help me please?. I doubt my lens is Fake..maybe😥

@JamesBastablePhotography did the issue every reoccur? I had a similar issue but mine was on C.Fn 00-0, it was slow to recycle (so not firing for each photo) and showing TTL instead of ETTL (only noticed this today). From an online website I tried C.Fn 09-1 and it worked as expected, then tried your C.Fn 05-0 and it worked as expected. I decided to go back to C.Fn 00-0 and it's working as expected and now showing ETTL

My speedlite had the same problem - only TTL or E in the panel. Now its fixed - Thank you! And yes its 10 years later now - I still shoot Canon vintage gear 😂

430 ex ii does not have setting 05 available in C.F menu... That's a bummer.. I've stuck on TTL with 430ex ii

Hey my camera focus doesn’t work at all. When i do open my camera it says from example F3.5 for few seconds like 5-10 seconds after that it shows F - - Please i need help i’m not sure if it’s with camera or lens i’m using Sony A7 III

OMG! I thought I was going to have to get new flashes. I have no idea how this setting would have gotten changed, but I found your video when trying to trouble shoot and figured, well it's worth checking, and that was it! Thanks!

Lol. Was just looking at buying a new one because of this problem and this fixed it, saved me lots of money!

I tried all that but after 2 or 3 clean cycles I am not printing a pattern just blank paper. I then used some towel soaked in water under print head moved the head to and fro a few times stil not printing a pattern and tried clearing again just the same. Even tried overnight with damp towel. I thave now move onto towel soaked with isopropyl under print head and I’m going try a prin head clean again. Afterthat I am out of ideas. Anybody got any suggestions?

Thank you, I was thinking I’d have to buy a new printer, but followed your guide and it worked. It still needs repeating every 30 photos, but far better than replacing the printer
