    It doesn't make sense, when you buy a home you only pay the down payments, why? in the game you never pay the full price of the home, your basically buying a home for 5 grand and then you get the tenants money without even paying the full price of the house

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Hey Andres, thanks for your comment. Well observation. The cash flow game is designed in a way that we only pay the downpayment, which is like in most countries, and then we will pay for the monthly mortgage to the bank, which can be seen in the liabilities and expenses in the financial statement. We are not required to pay the full payment as we are assumed to borrow from the bank. Hope this is clear. Are you playing this game online?

If that's a business how can i open bank account as a foreigner whereas, if they ask documents or something my business is just a online marketplace without an company

      @AxeandYung 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The procedure to open a new account in Singapore is quite strict, you need to present documents to proof, like the business registration documents, your personal documents like passport etc. The reason for strict procedure is to ensure people are not simply using it for illegal reasons. I think if you are keen, it is best to enquire the banker physically, the officers are always helpful.

      @@AxeandYung thanks again for the quick response. When you start the game, the game gives you three options; 'Repay', 'Borrow', and 'Role'. Those are three buttons that allow you to build your strategy. If you select 'Repay', you can pay your liabilities. If you select 'Borrow', you can borrow money with 10% interest. And If you select 'Roll', you'll simply roll the dice, and the game continues. After each turn, you make the same selection based on those 3 options. In your video, you selected 'Role' mostly and 'Repay' for once, but never selected 'Borrow'. To be perfectly honest, I learned how to play and win the game from your video 😅. There's also a new model of the DW-5600, the DW-5600UE which replaces the blue EL backlight with a white LED. Also, the store you mentioned in Japan. It must be Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara (Yodobashi Akiba)

    Is the G5600E strap soft similar to GA2100 ? Cause i feel the DW5600 strap too stiff and harsh on my hand compare to GA2100 which has the carbon core strap and much lighter

      The total cost was less than $100, including access to the online learning platform for the basic theory test and I bought additional learning materials online. There is a brochure on the website quoting the price of $82.47. It will be best to check the requirement before registering.

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If inter-state need to put it back to original spot. However if within Johor, need to pay extra fee for Socar personnel to get it back for you. We tried once from JB to Senai. Then the staff collect at Senai.

      Hi there Muhammad, yes the rental includes fuel! If you encounter a car that has less fuel, you can refuel it and take a pic of the receipt to claim what you paid in fuel price :)

      Hi Tiago, to be able to purchase a HDB both spouses must be SPR for 3 years or 1 of them a Singapore citizen and another a dependent/SPR. For more information do look up the HDB website. Cheers!

      hi Saadiah, thank you. Ask and you shall receive :) Firstly, take a video of the car before driving. This is to protect yourself in case any dispute arises because the car can be rented out to multiple renters daily. Secondly, use the App promocode! Socar always have promotions! 90% of the time I rent with a good discount (example: free 1 hr with 3 hr use) Drive safe and take care 😃
