    The F91w is the superior watch in my opinion and here's why: 1) It's far tougher than you'll ever need a watch to be. 2) It's way more water resistant than Casio claim but I've always thought water resistance is a marketing gimmick. Just take your watch off when you swim and bathe, the same way you take your socks off. 3) It fits under the tightest shirt cuff. 4) It costs a fifth of the price of a G Shock 5) Its small size means it's less prone to being caught on things.

Heres a tip for you the space under your van if you could block it up with some skirting material with magnets to hold up while covering to the ground will help you out a lot with heat loss, if you cover it up to where you got it blocked in the front and both sides and the rear of your van you wont lose any heat and itll help keep you warm all night long 😉 thank you for sharing with all of us 👍✌️

    I don't think you understand that Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea have both been ranked in the top 5 visited theme parks in the world. Disneysea focuses on Duffy and friends as well as has character meets (check the app for the locations), but since both parks are owned by the Oriental Land Company not Disney, they only have certain characters for licenses. You clearly haven't been to California Adventure or Disney Hollywood Studios which is what Disneysea is like (with minimal character theming) as it was designed to compete with Universal Studios. There are also parades and shows with all the characters which again you didn't seem to attend. Fantasy Springs was opened to alleviate the high volume of guest attending the other parts of the park (like Toy Story, Journey, and Indiana Jones), not because they were suffering financially or popularity wise. If you had gone to the other parts before you would understand there's a reason why DisneySea is one of the top parks in the world and that there are characters which you didn't see.

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey there, thanks for sharing the information. As both Disneyland and Disneysea are popular, that’s why we made the visit for the very first time. Yes we have never been to Disney park in California, we visited Paris and Hong Kong only. This is not to compare the theme parks in different, just sharing our perspective. For the first time visit, we didn’t plan well, and that’s why having to queue over 1 hour. And we priorities rides over meeting the characters, that’s true. You seem to like Disney theme parks, what would be your takes and recommendations if don’t mind to share here.

    In the next 3 weeks, we will have more profit taking, significantly more from retail investors in this price range. Institutional purchase will slow down unless we get in the @Nasdaq100 . Palantir will certainly grow beyond this valuation, it is all about how much unrealized gain you can handle. Some people just look at their portfolio way too often. And that is very unhealthy. Institutional ownership is very likely to get to 70-80% much faster than I anticipated. Point is, most of these folks wasted the DPO Dr. Karp gave to retail investors. He could have chosen IPO and get more capital at higher valuation and more hype, much less of those BS "CIA-Backed", "Consultancy", or "Data spying" paid campaigns. Consolidation may come sooner than most expect, due to profit taking from both retail and institutions before year end. @federalreserve FFR is likely to continue to decline in the next 24 months, and historically that will only help Palantir. Alright, that is it. Not Financial Advice!

      Hey thanks for your comment. For Singapore residents who own US stocks, there is no capital gain tax from selling stocks, but still subject to 30% withholding tax. There is also estate tax for total stocks value over certain amount. And for US residents, subject to tax on dividend income and capital gains.

    When you wanna talk about dividends for DBS dont forget to include the bonus they gave if you want to make a fair comparision. Cause the other 2 banks did not give any bonus. Leaving it out paints a very different picture. Present things with all the facts dont just pick and choose. But on a seperate note. out of the 3 bank i prefer DBS firstly, cause they have payouts 4 times a year. which makes it eaiser to do compounding of the paids to but more shares. secondly, is that in recent years they have been giving bonuses

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yep that’s a good point. You seem to be quite experienced in investing. DBS is the only one that give bonus shares this year, not a usual practice, and of course this makes difference to shareholders as we get additional 10 shares for each 100 shares, and means more dividend income. I started with UOB stocks due to its lower price years ago, but I think it is worth to invest more in DBS. Would you hold the stocks for long-term? 🧐Given the price has already appreciated by 40% in this year

    May I ask you about the current situation in China ? I have been watching videos describing China with high unemployment, businesses shutdown and people marching to protest the authority. Are these true ?

    • @AxeandYung

      Hey thanks for the question. As we only visited the capital city, what we saw is there are not as crowded as Japan and Singapore, but still filled with people at the shopping street and the night pubs area. There are tourists everywhere, we felt that many people are traveling domestically within China, which is also good for the economy. As China itself is big, it is not easy to control employment rate. From the news, the rate seems to be better in September. We did not encounter anyone doing public protest like what we usually see in Europe. There are many security guards in the tourist area, and it made us feel safe.

      让我来告诉你吧,中国经济确实变的不好,大学生可能有三分之一的人找不到合适的工作。正在工作的人也有很多失去了工作,相比前几年就业确实越来越不好。但大部分人情况还是比较好的,至少我身边没有听说谁失业的,我也仅仅在网络上看到失业的😂 不管去哪里旅游 人依旧很多很多

    I hope you are right. I don't wish to insult you, so please forgive me. But to me, China is a production hub of a cheap knock off products that break the second day when you buy them. Be it cars or phones, not to mention companies like AliExpress or Temu. Cheap items but in a long term only a huge waste of energy and resources to produce garbage. When you say China, that's the first thing that comes to my mind. Second is pollution left and right. But mind you, i am an European, so my view could be totally biased, due to lack of information or twisted information. We'll see what you have to offer in a very near future i guess ! Best of luck !

      Hey thank you for your comments and the explanation. We are not from China, this was our first time visiting the country. And of course we used to buy something from AliExpress, fair enough the items are not of the best quality given its affordability. I personally use Xiaomi product (handfree, hairdryer) and I felt the quality is not bad, of course the smartphone is not on par with Apple, so we are still using Apple. While for electric cars used as cab, we felt it is a good step forward compared to other south east asia countries, not sure about Europe. It is just personal perspective. Have you tried their smartphones or car so far?

      You are so ignorant, many goods in Europe are made in China and supplied, only Europeans sell them after affixing their trademarks, including BMW cars Volkswagen, German dentures and home lawn mowers are all made in China, while Apple's high-end phones are also made in China and designer clothing is better than those in other countries. U.S. dock cranes, and even U.S. docks for repairing warships are made in China, and more than half of Amazon's products are also made in China.

      China became the Worlds manufacturer as a way to lift over half a billion of its people out of abject poverty (it was once as poor as an African nation a few decades ago). Cheap products also allowed poor people in the world to live in dignity as now they can afford clothing and electronics. In addition, China actually has multiple tier in terms of quality--most companies pay the lowest tier for quality because they want to make the most profit. Tbh, technology in China has improved a lot pat few decades or else they would not have had a space station and obtain dirt from the dark side the moon.
