I am so sorry you had to say goodbye to your fur baby. I had to say goodbye to my kitty Jasmine in 2018 and I still miss her so much.

Hi Shelby, I think Lucky Chance sent us? I busted out laughing on DNF'ing. It just sounded dirty and that amused me! I'm going to have to use that! Don't stress about the dogs & cats. Pack up nicely and revisit in the future.

I almost learnt to knit from Knitatude. She hosted a little knitting group at Starbucks and I tried, but I wasn’t good and it was far, so I stopped. Your sweater looks lovely! I am in the middle of sourcing fabric for both the SALs, I never keep up anyways and they both sound too delightful to skip. Have fun at Stitch North! It’s been quite warm and I agree on skipping Tim’s. Second Cup and Good Earth are both better options.

Lovely to see you. I wish I were going to Stitch North again but sadly not this year. I would have liked to meet you. There are wonderful people going though and I think you'll love it. Oh your knitting is so so gorgeous. There are tons of things I want to knit but I am not very good and extremely slow but I keep trying. A new SAL from Lola Crow? I didn't know. I am soooooooo tempted. Her Halloween SAL last year was scrumptious. I may be falling down that rabbit hole yet again. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. However Morbid curiosities is tempting also. What to do? Take good care and enjoy your retreat.

I miss seeing your posts and hope you, Apricot and your hubby are all well. Continuing to work on my "Dark Queen of the Earth" SAL and I'm also working on another WIP, "Pumpkin Season" my MamaWitchXStitch. I've been working on beginning crocheting as well....made several potholders and simple scarves. I trying knitting too but it's very slow going and I feel clumsy doing it! LOL

Currently working on Heaven and Earth Designs "Mini Blue Rose" by Laura Prindle. I'm at 9.24%

For the Disney dog piece I would finish it and donate it to the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital there in Grand Rapids. My granddaughter was a patient there when she was 3 years old. The kids would love looking at that piece while there. They have a wonderful family center for families who have to be there. Just a thought. I am working in a piece called What Cancer Cannot Do and I plan to donate it to the cancer center where I go every 3 weeks for infusions.
