Ma si può sempre migliorare un buon tornio e dato che ho una stampante 3D: Detto fatto, ho subito stampato l'anello del nonio il più grande possibile. Qui vi presento una piega lamiera stampata in 3D. Ho creato due forme, una tonda e una ad angolo retto. La forma è stata stampata in PETG e sono sorpreso che ha funzionato senza problemi con l' aluminio. Se volete, posso fare altri video con l' acciaio. Fatemi sapere nei commenti

wennn ich ein werkstück gehärtet habe (200grad, was bei mir aber schon goldgelb geworden ist XD) aber die kornblumenblaue färbung erreichen möchte, darf ich es dann schnell und kurz erhitzen bis zur gewüschten färrbung mit abschrecken, ohne die härte zu verlieren?
Sehr schwer zu sagen. Auf jeden fall kannst Du auch ein blau angelaufenen stahl haerten, aber ob Du die alte Haertung zerstoerst weiss ich nicht.

Buongiorno arrivato in questi giorni il tornio bernardo 550 LZ molto preciso silenzioso. Molto comoda la battuta di arresto a slittamento. Avanzamento longitudinale e trasversale che nessuno tornio di questa dimensioni fornisce..prossimamente ordinerò anche una fresatrice.una bella spessa valida
Sono contento che ti piaccia. Alla fine la 750 è grande per quel che faccio... Forse avrei preso anche io la 550

Mir gefallen Oszilloskope weil sie so schöne Kurven zeichnen :-) Leider weiß ich als absoluter Nicht-Elektriker nicht wofür ich das Ding gebrauchen könnte :-( Was hast du da eigentlich alles am Getriebe deiner Drehbank umgebaut?

Schau mal. Einfaches Beispiel. Wenn du einen PWM LED Dimmer hast, dann schaltet der die LEDs kurz an und wieder aus. Das Verhältnis zwischen an und aus variiert und ergibt die optische Helligkeit von LEDs. Wenn du nun ein Multimeter nimmst und misst, zeigt dir das letztlich nur an wie viel Volt grade Anliegen. Es kann aber die tausenden von AN und AUS Phasen nicht ermitteln. Ein Oszilloskop aber kann unheimlich schnell messen und diese Ströme als grafische Kurve oder anderweitig darstellen. Im Grunde ist das Kästchenraster auf dem Multimeter ein Zeit und ein Spannungsverlauf. So kannst du das Verhalten überprüfen und schnelle Schaltvorgänge sichtbar machen.
@@Chrfilmer Danke für deine Mühe. Was ein Dimmer ist weiß ich. Was das PWM davor bedeutet schon nicht mehr. Aber - ein Oszi würde mir die ein/aus Phasen und deren Längen in einer schönen ZickZack Kurve anzeigen. Richtig?

Das Video und deine Arbeit sind gut, aber das Teil ist totaler Schrott. Hab das Ding 3 mal benutzen wollen, beim einen war das Display am flackern und ausschalten (Neu aus der Packung genommen) und beim 2. Mal war die Batterie tot, obwohl die neu war und Messschieber ausgeschaltet! Dann nach 2 Tagen wieder Batterie leer und das Ding war in der Mülltonne. Ich würde jedem der halbwegs genau arbeiten will lieber einen gebrauchten Mitutoyo zu kaufen als dieses Ding.
Naja... Für 10 Euro ist es ok
@@RobytheFlorentine wenn man damit nicht arbeiten kann, sind selbst 10 Euro zuviel. Da würde ich mir lieber einen guten Analogen gebrauchten holen für das doppelte Geld als das Ding!

Das Video ist zwar bereits zwei Jahre alt, aber falls es dennoch von Interesse ist: Im Bernardo-Onlineshop liegt der Verkaufspreis Stand Oktober 2023 bei stolzen 2452,59 € bzw. 2538,27 € (Modell Profi 550 LZ bzw. Profi 750 LZ) inklusive MwSt, wobei es sich dabei laut Preisauszeichnung schon um jeweils um 10% reduzierte Angebotspreise handeln soll. Bei diesen Preisen hätte ich induktiv gehärtete Führungsschienen erwartet, finde aber keinen Hinweis darauf in den Produktbeschreibungen. Habe ich da etwas übersehen?
Ixh wäre mir fast sicher dass diw gehärtet sind.... Aber vielleicht irre ich mich
@@RobytheFlorentine Wenn du es schafst mit einer Metallfeile an einer nicht genutzten Stelle der Führungsbahn ( z.B. nahe am Futter) , bei leichtem Druck mit der Feile, Gripp zu bekommen, dann ist sie nicht gehärtet. Rutscht die Feile einfach nur darüber, dann ist die Bahn gehärtet.

Ciao, bel video ed ottima idea. Io ho un tornietto che sembra identico al tuo (tranne la sigla che è diversa) ed avevo lo stesso problema. Ho provato a stringere al massimo le regolazioni della slitta conica ottenendo dei risultati lusinghieri. NON perfetti come i tuoi ma accettabili. Le vibrazioni sono calate molto. Tuttavia non ho raggiunto i tuoi risultati ed ho avuto (ed ancora ho) dei seri problemi a tornire l'acciaio inox 316L (maledetto). Ovviamente la slitta è in perfetta anchilosi e se voglio usarla devo allentare le regolazioni. Che sono solo 3. Forse sono poche... magari proverò ad aggiungerne due aumentando anche il diametro dei bulloncini pressori. Ma non sono convinto dell'esito. Peccato per questo punto debole... altrimenti sarebbe un buon tornietto.

Hallo. Wie gefällt dir die Maschine bis heute? Würdest du die auch jetzt wieder kaufen oder nicht? Wie ist der Qualität von der Maschine, Verarbeitung und so weiter. Gab es viele Mängel wo die Maschine kam? Und die letzte Frage, ist die Maschine laut an sich? Ich meine jetzt nicht die 2000 Umdrehungen, sondern in dem Bereich von 500 und 1500 Umdrehungen? hi, ich wuerde die Maschine wieder kaufen, aber vielleicht di 550 und nicht die 750...unnoetig lang. Maengel gab es keine, wenigstens nicht bei mir. Laut ist sie nur wenn Du die Zahnraeder so aendern musst dass du gewinde schneidest...ist aber sowieso zu umstaendlich und mache ich nie. Ansonsten ist sie leise. Ich hatte mal eine andere (marke) und die war echt sehr laut. Aber die Bernardo ist ziemlich leise...
Ciao,volevo chiederti come devo fare per imparare l'inglese tramite i film,le serie tv e le canzoni, che metodi devo applicare ,come devo approcciarmi con questi strumenti e come le posso mettere in pratica ? Idem anche i libri/audiolibri/podcast e i video su youtube, da dove devo partire se sono a zero?? N.b: sono un ragazzo di 20 anni e non ho ancora deciso che strada intraprendere ma al momento sono più orientato sulle lingue e avrei anche intenzione di andare a vivere in inghilterra❤
Ci sono un sacco di corsi online. Magari cerca qualcosa, anche a pagamento. Sono pochi Euro e almeno hai una base. Poi guardati i film in inglese (non americano, all' inizio è troppo difficile e ti confonde e basta). La meglio sono cartoni in inglese perche hanno una pronuncia pulita e usano parole facili. Anche quelli della pixar o Disney. E poi se puoi, con i voli low cost, vai in Inghilterra per qualche fine settimana, o trova qualche gruppo dove abiti, dove imparano l' inglese. La pratica è fondamentale per parlare. Vedrai che l' inizio è difficile, ma poi sarà facilissimo. Cela farai di sicuro, e sinceramente hai avuto un ottima idea a voler imparare l' inglese. Ti aprirà tante strade nuove. In bocca al lupo

come si chiama la punta che usi al minuto 7'37" e a cosa serve? - a fare fori piccoli o come prima incisione? - grz.
Quella è una "punta a centrare" e si usa per fare il pre-foro. Se no la punta del trapano ballerebbe su tutta la superficie perche non avrebbe un buon appiglio. Basterebbe anche il bulino (subito prima), ma con la punta a centrare viene molto meglio (sopratutto se la punta da trapano è di un certo diametro)
