Glad I stumbled upon a short reel about the film -- this fills me with awe, inspiration, sadness, admiration. A great career but witnessing war aftermath firsthand affected her so much she didn't tell her son about any of it. Her photos with him you can see how much she loves him, and wanted to protect him from the horrors she's seen. I am glad they found her work and generations will keep learning about her. What a woman.

I think they got the physical look of him right, especially the head and hands, but the oversaturated red color? Too much. The butterfly is supposed to reflect his interest in the environment, but you can barely see it. Possibly should have gone more traditional, but that’s just my opinion….
