Mein Freund und ich wir sind gerade in Perth und suchen seid mehreren Wochen einen Job für Backpacker Farm roadhous usw sind für vieles offen . Haben schon über 400 Bewerbungen geschrieben und bis jetzt noch keinen Job gefunden . Hast du irgendeinen Tipp evtl ? Würde mich sehr freuen über ein wenig Hilfe. Been to Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.. All 3 cities are different & beautiful on their own depending on what lifestyle & scenery you prefer.. Personally, Sydney wins for me. It’s the city that gave me that “I wanna live here..” feeling.. I’m a guy in my late 30’s so I’m way past my interest in nightlife. I prefer the chill bars & pubs where you can just eat, drink & chat.. Plus the public transpo in Sydney is much more efficient. In terms of expenses, they’re almost the same. Both are actually expensive. So with almost the same price range of rent and all things considered, I think Melbourne is expensive for what it is.. If low cost of living is what you’re looking for, Brisbane wins without a doubt. But it’s too chill & too laid back for my liking.

Sydney is the nicer sister but she'll cost you and do your head in in the long run. Melbourne , not being as pretty will be a better long term investment.

I live in Melbourne, and Sydney is a way more spectacular and vibrant city in every way. Especially the vastly superior outdoor lifestyle. Melbourne boasts about coffee, laneways, and graffiti. How dull and bleak.
