Sure Sir. An aggressive razor will cut your facial hair quickly, with less strokes and a mild razor will take time. The difference is in the blade exposure on the razor. And a medium razor works well with all skin types and works the best to give a smooth shave. Someone may have a rough or coarse skin for who we advise an aggressive or medium. For a shaver who has sensitive skin, we advise using the mild razor (CC87). Please keep in mind that an aggressive razor on a sensitive or normal skin also means more cuts/ nicks/ razor burns unless handled carefully and slowly. I hope this helps. Comfort - Astra and Nacet at the top followed by Feather. Sharpness - Feather, Nacet, and Astra. I have never used Treet so can't comment on it. Two others that I recommend are the Gillette 7O'Clock Super Platinum (if you can find any) and the BIC Chrome Platinum that is a super balance between Sharpness and Comfort.

After several trials, we decided against launching the splash....for now. One of the common feedback was lack of moisturization and mid to high dryness, hence we dropped it as it went against our main focus of providing a healthy skin that stays moisturized for a long time.

Yea man, most definitely, just make sure to use the proper products and an after shave lotion or cream.

Yes, definitely. My son was 16 years when he decided t shave (here's the video - th-cam.com/video/8mV1sGUhHNY/w-d-xo.html). Since then, he has experimented with other razors/ trimmer too but uses a safety razor at all times for his shaves. Go slow at first and follow the instructions in the video and soon you will enjoy shaving. And follow the advice of @garuna666 of using the proper products and an after shave. There is nothing better than other users providing their experience too. And let us know if you need any help at all.

It's a love & hate relationship. All companies want scale and hence go for the shaving razor with cartridges that provide CONVENIENCE and EASE. But you are right, the level of research that goes into cartridge razors vs safety razors is completely lopsided. For daily shaves, I prefer any blade as mostly I use it for a single shave. Cheers

BIC are made in Greece and Derby are made in Turkey if that helps. I find the BIC seem to improve to match a new Feather in sharpness and a Feather settles down to be like a new BIC. So for me I find them almost equal except BIC are much cheaper.

Some of the Personnas are made in Europe and some made in USA. Feather made in Japan.

So sorry for the late reply. The water absorption of the boar brush is higher than the synthetic bristles and hence initially, you may face the issue, as evident. However, this happens with a few shaving brushes. Mostly, first pass lather is fine for the second pass too. Now that you have shaved with it for a long time, this issue should have sorted it itself. Do let us know.
