They had the most successful comeback after any group that was in the Apollo in the '60s, The Supremes come back failed without Mary Wilson and Cindy Bird song, everybody's nobody's was like theirs, especially at the Beacon Theater, and the concert that was titled the sweethearts of the Apollo returns, those two shows were out of this world, now the Atlanta and the Florida show was in good because Patty got sick and didn't have any voice at all, but they killed that record back to now I play it all the time on my phone, I just still say records and cds, but it is the s***, they never got there just do, people gravitated to their song in 74 Lady Marmalade, and it was like they couldn't hear any of their other music, and it bothered Patty so much, they had so many good songs, system, can I speak to you before you go to Hollywood, Moonshadow, what can I do for you of course, which is still one of my favorites, and somebody somewhere, and their last song ever, when they were breaking up titled, is isn't it a shame, that's a bad song, but it makes me cry sometime, and then their new songs from the album, super lover, that's the s***, but that song up, without you in my life, omg, if Nona never writes another song again, she wrote the dog s*** out of that one, right there child let me tell you!

This show should have been professionally filmed. It was a rare moment in history. Now Sarah is gone and this will never happen again.

Nona and Sarah are PHENOMINAL! But, can we just talk about how Patti's pitch perfect range here is just ridiculous?! I mean it's a perfect contrast from her younger days. Back the she had agility and range without any thought process going on. She just sang! Here she more than matched that with an even stronger vocal at the same range; she absolutely took years of experience and executed a flawless and even more phenomenal performance with little effort. She's anointed truley anointed!

Mrs Sarah, was such a diva...i loved her speaking voice. LaBelle...what can I say, but Ive been a fan since the 'Pressure Cookin' album in '73...I was 5, you do the math. You wont see another group like them, male or female. They were comprised of 3 lead singers, basically. 99% of groups, are lucky to have one. LaBelle had 3...and Sarah was the glue. As awesome as Patti is, and as creative as Nona is, Sarah was the glue...she could sing alto or soprano with ease.
