In this episode we are attempting the first start on the C60 engine in the International Harvester Cub Lo-boy Tractor. We hit a snag with an oil pump issue that has to be addressed and also get a sneak peak at a new purchase for a future episode.

We previously did a will it start on the Cub Cadet 109 but today we want to see if it will actually run and if the hydrostatic transmission actually works or not. First things first, we have to get the Walbro carburetor back together and then we find out if it pays off.

The work continues on the International Cub Lo-boy. In this episode we are still working on the steering, and we address some broken bolts on the transmission. In today's episode we are dealing with a rain delay preventing me from working on the LoBoy. We are giving the electrical system a once over and find something shocking!

I read it all the time about how these Cub Loboy tractors have terrible steering. Today we are getting a close look at what might be an actual design defect and a crude fix that people tried to get these things steering right. We wrap up with getting the frame and engine all cleaned up and ready for the next step.

This is a quick tear down of the carburetor off the Kohler 241 10hp Engine out of the International Harvester Cub Cadet 109. I believe it is a Walbro carburetor. Tearing this down so we can see if its rebuildable or not. Rebuild video will follow soon.

In this episode I am disassembling the c60 engine out of the International Harvester Cub Loboy. This engine would start and run fine but was way low on power. In the first video we found that one cylinder was essentially dead and low compression plagued this engine.

In this episode we start the restoration on this very tired International Harvester Cub Lo-Boy. These were notoriously under powered machines, but this one is really worn out. Can we bring it around and get it back to working and looking like new?

In this episode we pick up from the engine reassembly and test drive to discover a badly smoking engine. I investigate and resolve the issue on the Polaris Trail Boss 330 4-wheeler. Included in this video is installation of a Niche cylinder kit that brings this engine back to smoke free life.

Today is the day, after engine reassembly I try to get this $300 Market place 2004 Polaris Trail Boss 330 4-wheeler to run. Bear with me as I know my work might seem awkward in parts, but this is my very first time touching an ATV engine. I did love how simple this turned out to be overall though.
