Hello Dan I was given a 203 wheel last night Center at back is pretty much level with rim it came with a station wagon 5 door And over here is some spare wheel's Sat on top it was dark I'd be interested in that wheel You can have it mate Erm yes please Take it, Regards Adam
Sounds like a mis-stamped 203, maybe email me some pics and I'll try ID it for you.
@onetonlandrover thanks Dan I'll send you some pics measurements are 94m putting straight edge across rim then measure to centre flat
Measurements on others I have are 98/98/96/96
@@User-wollswoycegawage Sounds about right for 203s but there is very little consistency tbh.
@@onetonlandrover want 2 More 98s really I have got narrow track 204 thought of grinding off the rivets Welding up the hole's Turn center a bit to clear old holes then revrivet them at 98 Well get someone else to with a jig Or weld them in place with a jig
Where are you , I think I know the place

Thank you for the video, amazing views with the drone footage. Good to see your 110 out n about 👍
@@millie1107 Thank you so much, it was Tom's drone, really enjoyed that footage.
What’s the music?
Some is a Yiddish artist called Maria Ka, the drone footage stuff is just copyright free music.
Mega
Freelanders are capable and pretty comfy too
Lovely collection of Land Rovers credit to all the owners
@@edwardmeakes1284 That's very kind, thank you.
Great get together ! I have a 1966 88”. Wish I was there!👌 Series Landy heaven 👍
@@calsurflance5598 ☺️
Omg that's like a traffic jam 8n the forrest
Great outing, typical British scenery and coooool weather. I still have to wonder, however, how many of these owners know what the Red and Yellow levers in the cockpit will do and hence how to use them correctly.
Exactly! All the way over here in Canada at about 7:00 minutes in I was asking myself (only person here) are the front hubs locked and is it in 4WD?
@@richardguse3410 One guy had locked his hubs and then one side came loose, hence no traction. Not sure if he bumped against something or what. Personally I always remove FWHs.
@@onetonlandrover I had never heard of hubs unlocking themselves. I have Warn hubs which have a smooth positive feel when locked in or unlocked.
The green 88” at 7:30 doesn’t appear to have Free wheeling hubs. Interesting.🧐
@@calsurflance5598 No but it's on 6.00x16 tyres and was hung up on it's springs.
Excellent, thanks Dan!
@@MarkBanks555 My pleasure Mark, very glad you enjoyed it. ☺️
Are you still around? I,ve sold my Landrover, bought a Pinzgauer and a Unimog, moved to eastern Poland and even sold on my Pinz. Owned a UAZ 469B, 2 Jeep Wrangler CRDs A Diesel Jimny, and a D Max AT 35....not counting my 3 Tractors. time flies.
@@Pinzpilot101 Yes I'm still here, still uploading regularly...sounds like you have a nice collection.
@@onetonlandrover Its actually been more like 14.5 years I,ve actually been in Poland...When I got here, I could see Defenders everywhere....The local electricity company were keen buyers, but now they have all gone over to these American style work trucks that are sold by Toyota and Isuzu with a purpose built body on the back...roll up sides and compartments for tools and parts on the inside, racks on top. Going up to the larger trucks the 'Energia' (electricity board) run, the IVECO 4x4 light truck is popular..talking to them, back under communism the never had this class of truck, it was Landrover sized (Tarpan Honker) and then Star 244 266 heavy 4- 5 ton trucks.....those have been replaced by some really capable 5/7 ton MAN trucks with a crane, (changing transformers and other heavy work). On the sad side, I have only ever seen one Series 3 here, it was LHD and one of the last 'county' models....say it once and never again, may have been visiting from outside this county. On the general 4x4 enthusiast side....there are a couple of Wolf G wagens and even a Peugeot version knocking around....A bloke I know who owns a field near my place has a really nice G Wagen wolf, his son has a SWB Wrangler and he just treated himself to a Toyota 'Troopy' it will tow 4 ton with 2 ton in the back, its back springs make the springs on a 1 Ton Landrover look like Series one springs. Weather report...don't know if I told you? it's a bit different to Oxfordshire and Wiltshire that I was mostly used to. I still drive the hundreds of lanes that are everywhere here, so the weather is on my mind....generally the winters are short cold and snowy, the summers are long hot (almost South of France weather) we just had a really long hot summer (dry, no rain for many months on end and then just a little) the summer ran from late April to late October so I have been laning everywhere. Plus diesel is relatively cheap compared to UK....fresh food is so cheap it's almost free, (most people grow their own outside of blocks of flats...and even they have allotments with a little mini house to camp out in overnight..(bit like Germany used to be, when I was a young soldier in 1974 driving Landrovers everyday yeehaa).
I should say that the Electricity guys still have 2 Defenders that they prefer for getting to really rough places....but I think they are robbing parts from some parts vehicles to keep them on the road....and that doesn't take much the MOT here is ten minutes....brakes on rollers, swivels and ball joints, and lights...takes longer to do the paperwork.
Nice Landy... 🇿🇦
@@alwynvanwyk1851 Thank you!
Have a nice time everyone 😊
Great video. Well done 👍🏻😎
Good Afternoon All 😊
Series landrover more capable than a old stile jeep
@@DavidSmith-hg9jw I've never driven a Jeep so I can't comment, but I'd love a go in one - I got into Land Rovers in part due to a childhood fascination with WW2 Jeeps.
Heynbud does your 1 tonne run env axles?
Yes.
Whats with land rover owners mag. They are out.of print? Did they completley stop or did they go digital

Indeed you did! 💪

Fearless Jimnys
Impressive little trucks 👌
Hi 👋🏻 Are you sure that Landy at 2:26 has 9.00 tires? 🤔
Absolutely certain.
Between the gear whine and the tire on the hood, I’m pretty sure that’s not a Prius.😏🧐👍
Bonnet please
@@SimonPerry-cz4ke Sorry! What was I thinking? 🧐🤦🏼♂️
13:30 I was wondering if anyone was going to end up in the mud run at the top of the field 😅 The one ton did well round there, looks like the extra ground clearance cause of the tyres helped you out.
brings back horrors of a weekend to Wales behind someone else with a set of Insa Turbo Special Tracks on
What engine is in her if you don't mind me asking
Bit of a clue in the title...;)
Not Land Rover owner, not a good drive at all😢
Indeed, the person who got it stuck was not the owner, indeed it was their first time driving a LandRover.
You need a jeep for that mud
Feel free to bring one along next time and prove it ;)
Yes, a Willy’s for the fair comparison. Good luck with that.
Don't really get this apart from men with big cars and small D???? 🤣 it just wreck the lanes for people to walk down 😢 just buy yourselves a field to play in 😂
Water level a bit close for comfort for a standard air intake level on these? if water goes over that it is curtains for the engine
A bit close on one of two of them, 2.25 petrol electrical systems especially vulnerable but no serious mishaps throughout the day.
LAND ROVER 💪💪💪SALUDOS CARROS MJ 🇨🇷
Nice to see a herd of Landies in their natural habitat roaming the plains.
Cheers!
Surely it weighs more than a ton,a new Suzuki weighs 1100 kgs
Really? Have a think. 1 Ton doesn't refer to it's gross weight...
1ton ist the load capacity.....
That Southern Electric board truck looks fantastic.well done to whoever sorted that.
That's mine.
I love this car so mach I live in tanzania arusha I have one but my problem is (gasoline) petrol I change the jet valve bat the problem is setl there i need some (adves)
Im not God in English
Perhaps you try to Change ignition- Timing too, If the gasoline ist to Bad?
Nice turnout! That looked really wet! 👍
Twas rather damp!
New sub here . I’ve got a 1966 88” S2A. They just ooooze character ( as well as other fluids). They are rare here in the U.S., and very rare here in California. The ladies seem to love them and one even stopped in the middle of an intersection to take a picture, “ because “ , she said, “ it’s so cute”.! Lol
Interesting, they don't seem very popular with British ladies!
@@onetonlandrover I went to show mine to my friends widow last year when I bought it . She immediately said “I want it”! Lol Every time I start it up to go anywhere, my wife wants to go for a ride! ( and she has a Jeep Wrangler) I think people get tired of the pretentious boring BMW, Mercedes, Corvette,Ferrari crowd, but when they see an old Landy, it makes them smile and wave!
@@calsurflance5598 I suppose stateside they are an exotic rarity. Here they are pretty common still and are associated with bearded old men in sheds, although increasingly they are being bought by "yuppie" types.
@@onetonlandrover Oh the horror! Lol
@@onetonlandrover I think I found the only one in the western states that has not been over restored. It needs a lot of TLC, but is solid. Yes, it is crazy the amount of money people are spending on restorations, especially here in California. The tech industry in the San Francisco area has produced some very wealthy folks that want trophy cars. I suppose it’s good, in that they keep the interest up, and stimulates the aftermarket parts industry . My goal is just to make it a reliable fun car that I can take to the many National Parks and wildlife reserves here in California. Cheers!
Not sure if I would call this “Green” laning Perhaps “Mud” laning 🧐lol. Great fun.👌
Wet laning?
Love to join you one day when we ship our series three from Australia this year.
Yeah, I guess you can join clubs etc and get involved.
Do you pull the fan off for the submerged bits? Or plenty of waterproofing on dizzy?
I didn't do anything as the dizzy is high up on a straight six and quite close to the bulkhead.
This video brings back fond memories of when my dad used to drive a Southern Electricity Landrover, it had the 7.50 tyres which were known to rub the chassis,, a great video most unexpected 👍
Was that a series? Where did he work from?
@@onetonlandroverhi i think it was a 109 6 cylinder petrol, as you are probably aware the big tyres weren't always an advantage, he was a linesman his yard was in Marlow Bucks ,he ended up driving a 6 wheel Landrover Cherry picker V8 petrol 👍
They did run some standard sixes, may have been one of those, although some late 1 Tons were run on 7.50x16s.
Hi ,yes it was running on 7.50 x16 ,but to my dad's amazement they also tried Austin Gipsies but they didn't reign very long,
@@davidpritchard3429 Yes I did hear about that, got one photo of what might be an ex board Austin.
Thanks for the video, I've always been interested in Old Land Rovers. Unfortunately they are both scarce and expensive in the upper midwest USA. So I watch youtube videos to enjoy seeing such impressive vehicles.
