    Thanks again for the great show guys! I think you made the right call on the Jags. 8-0 both SU and ATS against the Colts at home.

    I'm not sure of any of these players, the right tackle # 73 he looks pretty big, and the QBs a lefty, so the right tackle has his blind side, he looked like he could move pretty good also, I can't believe how important OL have become, about time they get paid for what they do, they grid it out every play. good for them. being a jet fan, I've become very intrested in the OL , and you know why , Rodgers. lol., thanks again for highlighting the 2nd and 3rd rounders. I hope they all get what they want ,and have great careers.

    give me these teachable maniacs, I'll take them all, all drive, no quit. a few of the top drafts, this year, lose their blocks and are lost. standing around not knowing what to do, hit someone , anyone in another jersey, play until the whistle blows or take it even further, set the tone, just watch the flags for nonsense ruff play, omg can you believe the word is actually in football. idk. Thanks, man. love the content, and you are taking the time to highlight who these players really are! Big school , big name , doesn't add up to anything. it's all in the heart.

    I’ve never see a center lead the play into the second and third level like this guy.. Best interior guy on either side of the ball in the ‘24 draft, and will be a day one starter for whoever is smart enough to draft him!

    It's all about the energy, and never quite, all his shortcomings can be straightened out with a good line coach, ill leave names out of the comment but the big man from ND and PS , look, great technique from ND, hugh body, and the PT kid needs the most coaching out of the top 5 , I just didn't see the finish that this dude has and lathem has, those 2 will drive you into the ground, non stop until that whistle blows, it's all in the Heart, all these kid have the size , strenth, and probably can be taught so they can play to the best of their ability, this stud and lathem idk they have the speed, they don't stop. Anyway, thank you, man, great job! idk I'm a jet fan , so from what they need right now, for pass protection for Rodgers, plug and play , The ND kid would be a great fit. but he'll be gone off the board, I'd go grab lathem next, if that's where they're going, with # 10 .

    Nice tape. Fuaga is a beast. He and Fautanu are the two best OT I’ve seen. If the Bears drafted either one I’d be very pleased although they already have a right tackle. But I’ve heard Fautanu can play anywhere on the line.

    Thanks Geoff, I don't know if you'll get this question. I've read "armchair analysts" say, projects best position is to move inside.. Is that just because he is 6'-4"? I see tackle tools. I guess my real question is.. Do you think he could be possible future LT in Chiefs Blocking Scheme? or even RT if W. Morris took the LT spot?

    • @jumpman3232
      @jumpman3232 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m not expert but I do find it odd a lot of people in the draft media say he should move to guard. One of the most common reasons listed is lack of length. Again I find that odd because he measured 34 1/2 inch arms and the league average at tackle is 34. He weighed in at 319lbs and the league average is 315. Of course projecting the transition to the inside is a lot more than just measurables. What I see on film is a dude who can mirror in pass pro as well as any tackle in this draft class. What I also like about him is the diverse pass sets he did in Washington’s offense. Some people will point to his height (6’4) as another reason why he should move to guard but, I only see that as a leverage advantage, especially in the run. He has the arm length of a 6’6 tackle but has a lower center of gravity. What I also really like him watching his film is his balance. Hes rarely ever on the ground. If Mr. Schwartz says otherwise then throw everything I said out the window, he’s forgotten more football than I’ll ever know. But I see a guy who has excellent movement skills, excellent pass pro technique and could play tackle in any scheme. I’m not saying he’s Rashawn Slater but many people thought he couldn’t play tackle either 🤷🏻‍♂️.

  • @jumpman3232
    @jumpman3232 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Could you elaborate on the outside hand issue you’ve noticed in his pass sets? Why does that get him in trouble and what would you want to see instead? As far as correcting the problem- is that just hours and hours of retraining the muscle memory?

  • @MVPURDYSZN
    @MVPURDYSZN 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I think if purdy had just looked to the middle he would've had time to get it to aiyuk. Even with the missed block but pre snap it doesn't look like aiyuk is going to get open so It makes sense he wouldn't be looking there. Plus he sees 2 guys running through the A gap unblocked rr just don't run complicated blocking schemes when you put no money into your line or high drafts picks plus you have a backup guard in that has probably the second hardest block on this play besides the center.

      Dude sees Brady and Mahomes and instantly gives up. Mahomes definitely wasn’t going to go down easy but Kyle didn’t do anything but get his players injured and yell at his dc and lose. How is he supposed to be an offensive genius if his genius disappears in the biggest game. Andy Reid sure showed up. Reid used to be in Kyle’s shoes when he was too focused on doing things his way even if it cost them the game and now he doesn’t care how he wins as long as he wins. They say the change for Andy was once he got Mahomes but if he got it together when he found his qb then looks like Kyle has a problem cause his qb didn’t fix him
