In today's sequence, we will focus on cultivating a sense of peace and calm. We will stay grounded and move intentionally, letting the breath infuse peace into our minds and our bodies.

Kellen, this was awesome. I didn't fall over once! Abb burn. Two comments, cobra hurts my lower back. And volume seemed low today, hard to hear you. Thanks!
Hi Keith, thank you so much for the feedback, I have to look into the volume thing, I appreciate you telling me! And for the pain in the low back, I would really press into the tops of the feet, legs engaged, tailbone lengthens down towards your heels and maybe try not coming up too far until the low back builds more strength. Let me know if this helps at all!
