I went through a whole binge of collecting decks for the last four of five years and now I’m feeling like I really need to declutter and purge some of them 😂 The struggle is real!

Idk why I took your doubt about finding a replacement card for Dragon Tarot as a weird personal search challenge buuuut FYI EarlyBirdProjects on Etsy has them for a few bucks.

The Dragon Tarot by Peter Pracownik is still in print on US Games.

I have almost all of these 😂 I think a good deck with good artwork is worth taking time to study. For a long time I just pulled one card from the seed and sickle and read the guidebooks to form associations. On another note, I love the Loputyn Oracle because I think the artwork is stunning and very evocative (yes it has a séxual undertone but that’s kinda the point for me lol) and I don’t find I need the guidebook at all, though it’s interesting to read. The Nocturna Oracle is just a whole vibe.

I love the Witches Wisdom deck but had to mod it to make it right for me. I re-numbered the Majors and found a piece of Danielle Barlow's art online that actually said "death card" to me, printed it out on sticker paper and covered up the image on the Rebirth card.

I think the fact you haven't gotten rid of many decks shows that your deck stash is curated just right for you. Eta: I am with you about Witches Wisdom, it feels like pretty gaslighting with that death card. I keep on meaning to sharpie a skull over the woman's face and cross out rebirth and write death over it. Also write the old trump number order on the cards, in the corners or something. I just haven't got around to it in the 2 - 3yrs I've had it. I really like the minors and the face cards. The trumps rename takes me out of the moment.

I have tried hard with the Secret Forest, and just never could, then I thought, well maybe their Fairy Lights deck...and, nope. 🙄 Love the Natural Ink tarot. Perfect size for round deck, and pairs really well with Tarot des Ozarks. Not sure if you're into Marseille style though.

Thank you so much for sharing this deck. I agree that it seems bizarre that a deck apparently dedicated to hags has only 29 images showing women where apparently the hag years start at around twenty to mid-thirties for the most part. The clue to the content ought to be in the title, surely!?

So I had the same issue with all her decks as well because they all feel like they are pushing “starseed” on you in some way shape or form which is not a concept i subscribe to. HOWEVER….. i just picked up the starseed deck off the shelf the other day (been collecting dust for years) and been really enjoying it for some outrageous reason? Why I had 3 and only kept the Starseed one? No clue. Thats what brought me to this video. Watching your take on this has helped me realize I also hate the key words and descriptions. Aaaaaaand also how u said it is all the things you’ve made fun of? 100%. It reminds me of that one chick with the dreads on Instagram/tiktok who claims so be super spiritual but is just super unbearable.

Cave of the Sybils makes the Ritual Tarot look like a funpark ride (from the pics). But the Dante oracle, tarot, whatever; whew, what kind of questions can you ask it?: "Q: are those crazy kids ever going to get together?" "A:BOILING TORMENT!"

I too love the Madam Lydia Wilhelmina's Tarot, and don't reach for it nearly as often as I should✨🖤✨ I have the latest version of the Ritual Tarot, and dig the fact that the titles are hidden on the backs, genius!!! Otherwise, it's super hard to tell what some (most) of the cards are😂 Your comment of wanting to like certain decks more than you do....holy shi*, YES! dang covid three times is wild. im so sorry! tarot of the secret forest was also one of my first decks! i have a few readings i do every year at certain times (like an autumn equinox spread for example) and it's just tradition at this point that this is the deck i use for them. otherwise i dont use it much. but wow is it a beauty
