Hi Christian! Thank you for watching the video, and sorry that it is not working for you. To use google map and app, you must have worked around with the google play service right? Is it possible you have installed a much later version? For 3rd party apps, it is better to use version 6 or 7 ( I forgot sorry :( ) But I will suggest try downgrading the google play service and that setup you did before adding google play store etc. Dont know if I could be of much help, but please let me know if it works, or if you find any way around. Regards!

Sorry that you felt that way :( it was my first ever video like that. If it helps you I can summarize the process in the comment. However, I checked through several devices, it was possible to follow the app names and other text despite not being a very clear video. Let me know, I will post the summary.

I cannot find the GPS output app

When you connect the Fire tab with wifi, it usually gets the location from wifi, but the process showed here will cut off that "location from wifi" process, and override that with gps data received from the android's bluetooth. However, to navigate you will need map data, right? If you want that online with traffic data, then you will need to connect to hotspot or something. Or you can download off line maps in google or any other off-line maps. What I used to do was >> use hotspot just to select the route and start navigation, and then turn off the hotspot; This will keep the navigation on, but you will not get the traffic data. Hope this helps.
