I have never seen anyone use transfer tape on print and cut. Is there a reason you didn't just apply it like a sticker... Use parchment paper to align if needed?

For the winter wonderland what if you put white card stock on the back before you put it on the sign

Maybe add a piece of acetate to back of globe. Like shaker. To seal snow in. Easier to glue down.

I found that I was having issues with the glitter vinyl. You should try cutting it twice with more pressure it made it sooooooooo much easier to weed out.
