Love the crafts! Is that the glass board mat? I ordered the teal one last week but they sent me one with black grid lines in the middle I’m wondering if it’s because of the size? Because in the listing it definitely doesn’t have those, what size is yours?
Ugh! I'm sorry that happened! I had a very similar thing happened to me! It was so obnoxious. The 24x36 mat was the first one I purchased, and they sent me one with a flower on it or whatever it was. So then they had to get a new one and send that one back. Keep in mind I bought through Amazon so it was a whole song and dance. Then I bought a smaller one (the one I have been using) and they sent me one that was the outline for card sizes even though the one I specifically wanted does not have that on it. When I called and asked they said yeah we don't sell those anymore, people really want the card outlines. So for me I'm not surprised that's what you got. I would just call them and do an exchange. But yes that mat size is 24x36. The grids are 22x34. A little misleading. Who advertises the mat size, usually it's advertised as grid size. But oh well maybe that's my architectural background.
@ I completely agree with you it’s definitely confusing, I noticed other people said that in their reviews too! So they don’t have the ones without the card outlines?
