Refreshing to hear you say you were struggling to catch keepers. You very rarely hear a guide giving a report say they are struggling. Normally it is the fishing is always great and you can catch them using this bait which of course is one of their sponsors baits. Thanks for being honest..

Appreciate the time and skill you put into the report, but it looks like without FFS this report there was not much to advise. Still look forward to using those coldwater baits like the Swamp Bug, finesse jigs and jerk baits to find bass the way I have in the past. Relying on "history", knowledge of fish behavior and your LOZ-specific tips that are always helpful.

Good stuff from both of you. Thx for doing these reports. @26:00 you mention that A-rig with the split ring to slide down for easy storage inside a lure wrap or whatever. A buddy shared with me that for any A-rig, just slide one of those black senko O-rings over the head of the bait before tying it on. Then you have that exact set-up. Slide the o-ring down when not in use. Just wanted to share. Stay warm and tight lines.
