Close call for motorcyclist when a driver gives a passenger in another car a can of......Pringles?

Info: The driver in the Buick holds what appears to be a can of Pringles potato chips and attempts to give the can to a passenger in the Mazda6. While the two drivers attempt to get closer together, they almost collide with a motorcyclist who was lane splitting in between traffic. The driver in the Buick was able to give the can of Pringles to the passenger in the Mazda.

Experienced semi driver there & speakin of semis I miss the cabovers here in the USA. I use to see them out on the roads all the time back in the 1980s, nowadays very little of them are left. They were easier to maneuver & park in.

If you need emergency services in the consolidated City and County of San Francisco, expect a slow response time.
I encourage all drivers to ignore emergency vehicles.
nice this is folsom. that intersection and area isn't suitable for 53 footers....better to go up Glenn to get to the Walmart and surrounding stores. Definitely don't use Riley.

the people pulling over into a clear lane are just making it worse by creating no clear lane
I think maybe what would have worked, police hold traffic in all regular lanes, clear the intersections, let the bus lane clear and have the emergency vehicles all use that
at 2:40 when he was moving into the bus lane to yield to the police van, isnt that one of the exceptions, for a public car being in a bus lane?

Even thought it only took seconds to pull off it's just rude to take up the time of other people when not necessary.

Are there no pull-off areas before or after the tolls? Bad place to make a switch, but I understand it if there's no place to pull off.
+Bad Drivers Find Me There is an exit before the the toll bridge plaza, a shoulder to pull off after the toll, and a parking lot at the toll booths. I am not sure why they chose to stop there to switch drivers. I guess the driver and passenger in the blue Subaru thought there is enough time to switch before the line moves again. A lot of drivers actually. There were three lanes open for tolls and many mistakenly got in the lane that was closed. I personally follow everyone else in line so I don't end up in a lane that's closed, lol. Thanks for watching :)
