Thanks for your advice bro ❤❤❤
Leadership. Finding other people who have a vested interest in your project, getting them motivated and guiding them along the path.
So so useful. I was always in awe of people who could run multiple businesses..your vudeo is very useful.. i am using this for my social media accounts. Project 1- start instagram account and post 1 reel daily. As the days pass it requires less and less time. Project 2- start youtube channel and post daily videos as the days pass it will take less and less time Project 3 - start linked in channel and post daily .. Thx a lot for this video
Thank you. Very well said and unique knowledge. I am very grateful to you for sharing this!!! Love you so much. Keep up the good work.
What program do you use for these drawings/slideshows?
❤❤❤❤
It would be good to stay a moment on drawings to grasp the idea better.
First. I'm just that motivated 😆😃
Thank you
The digging the hole and standing in it analogy was great. Thank you for that
Best way to not use your phone, continue to watch video you have zero interest in, so the algorithm bores you to stop.
bla bla bla
I teach technical writing to 12th graders, and this will be the first lesson I teach this year. Students need to be taught these skills.
Hi! Thank you so much for sharing this! It has made my day to hear that these concepts will be passed on to those who need them most. 😊
This seems obvious is basically stack the other things/projects when the load of getting off the first one has faded, every(most worthy) project needs a Heavy front load of effort at the beginning, so in reality is not possible to focus in two hard projects at once at the beginning, much less 3 or more. However the practical side of this is kinda questionable,in my experience I've never felt to have a project under my control/finished or ramped up fuuck. may be it's beacause I cram a lot of things or not juggle them accordingly (Not able to do compromises/sacrifices) - Maximalist trap. I've tried to do this, but this is a reminder that this may be the way. Additional to this, I have the idea that although at the beginning you need a lot of effort, when priorities shift, DO NOT abandon the endevour totally but "keep it warm" by recalling or doing a few minuts/hour so when you can exert full focus again, you don't have to start from 0. So in reality these curves may look more like a rollercoaster, but never let the "backlog" project energy/dedication go to none. Reading the coments some aspects are also important, look other mechanisms to optimize energy, (delagation, automation).
INTP-T whats up with me?
Maybe third is true, first two sound like barnum statements and 4th I don't think I know enough to comment on that
I will have to to rewatch this video... Its me to a tee. Excluding the last tip. I don't complain. ..
I will buy you a coffee someday. Subscribed.

Thank you for the info
These are signs you are a human.
Waddup bro, are you working with a youtube consult / coach? Id like to know who it is! You’re videos are banging
I use this technique a lot for buying one property after another. So it is kinda "step by step" strategy but just in a very big scale. - I simply delegate the work with my existing portfolio when I got no own capacity left. - Also I automize a lot of the accounting and taxes stuff. Some programming-skills really help with that. - Last but not least it's important to optimize given tasks. Kindly say "no" when it's not your concern. Or having reusable templates ready for reaccuring processes, and so on. It all becomes a habit eventually which generates capacity for new projects. Lately, I have kick-started two businesses at once and therefore I have to pay more attention on prioritizing, which is a bit drowning. But I think my capacity management is still better than most of the peoples' 🙂 In Germany we have a saying for entrepreneurs which goes like "Don't work in the company; Work on the company" Best greetings and thanks for sharing the nice plane analogy 👍
That makes a lot of sense. I have a hard time finishing projects I start 🤦♂️
6: you never go out 7: you dont enjoy socializing 8: you dont talk much in big events or school 9: you are very insecure 10: you dont enjoy big events with alot of people
Disagree with ninth and similarly would if you said they are "shy" or "submissive" Partially disagree with 6,8 and 10
1.5 million people is not a full stadium times a 1000. Divide 1.5 million per 50.000 (more or less the capacity of a stadium), and you will get 30.
Valuable information. Thank you!
Thank you! I'm glad you found it helpful 😊
Lol I love that thumbnail ;)
Haha, did it stand out? 😂
Which truths did you relate with the most?
A friend and I were discussing the phone thing over the weekend, we started a challenge to get the time down. Getting a 4g connected watch and leaving the phone at home is an option, then you have all the utility apps but not the mindless scrolling. TH-cam is tricky because like this video I watch to learn, so feels productive, but implementing the learnings is slim to none 😮
Yes the watch idea is a great one. I've found you have to get creative with your solutions. I'd love to know how you get on with it if you try!
#1 I have a stack of three restriction extensions on my web browser, making it require a lot of effort to turn them off, ensuring I don't easily bypass them. I still allocate some free time to surf social media between breaks, though. I've been using this strategy for over three years, and it works like a charm. 🫠
Why is this the most relatable video to me?! 😭
You can change it! 💪
The creation log is a good idea!
Yes, it's surprisingly powerful!
Haha the first harsh truth was already so painful 😂
Haha! Sorry about that 😆
Where can I get the material you mentioned? Is it available only if i take the course?
First comment and i want to say all your videos are valuable to me and i love how you just go straight to the point without wasting my time, thank you.
Thank you, this means a lot! I'm glad my videos are helpful and yo appreciate the straight to the point style 😊
You are spot on!
Thank you!!
Thanx, for me the lower limit is Get Started! Start the software you need for the project! Then, if I just do a little work that day, AT LEAST I STARTED!
Nice, clear communication style with useful info and crisp slides. Good work
Hey James , I was wondering if I could help you monitize your audience by helping you build a paid community , let me know if that's sounds interesting to you ?
Atleast, someone is thinking little deeper things. My body is secreting good hormones for thinking quite deep along with you. Thank you for being thoughtful.
Your videos are so helpful! I have OCD and black and white thinking plays into this too!
The issue is that i hate myself and the bad future narrative seems like my destiny.
I wonder if setting your lower limit gives you an excuse to be less productive. How would I keep myself trying to hit the upper limit a reasonable amount of time when I know the lower limit is OK. IK the problem is that people work in a few ambitious sessions rather than many less-ambitious sessions, which isn't effective, but how would one keep themselves ambitious if the standards are lowered?
Good question! My take is to adjust your lower limit (upward) to the point where you feel satisfied that this is a true minimum standard for your progression. Only you know this; if you don't feel it is adequate and keep leaning on it, try raising it. When I'm working with people live, we are constantly adjusting this, using real-time feedback to determine the most appropriate limits to get the most out of them. This is quite a difficult process due to the reason you mentioned vs the potential for being overwhelmed by only having an upper-limit goal. My observation is that over time, people tend to become much more aware of their true limits, and the operation window narrows (the lower limit increases at a slightly faster rate than the upper limit.)
@@James_Lim Nice. That's good to hear. Will definitely try this.
I'm INTP
Fantastic video. Really helpful advice to make distinctions between upper limit and lower limit tasks.
Thank you that means a lot! I'm glad the concept has helped!
Great video with a lot of helpful concepts. Keep making similar videos.
Thank you! I'm glad it's helpful and will continue to make more!
love the visualization, make things more clear and understandable
Thank you! I'm glad you like it, I spend a lot of time thinking about how to visualise things to make it easy to understand so this means a lot!😊
Love your visual teaching, THIS is exact what my style of brain need to “breath in” your “stuff”, clear, concise and hyper important. Thanks from Berlin
Thank you! This means a lot, I'm glad my style works for you. I questioned how effective it would be as it's pretty different from other content out there. It makes me even more motivated to make more like this. Much appreciated! 😊
