Do you replace the damaged parts? I would hope these are good quality but I’ve heard of bad customer service and poor metal quality for this product. Now I see this video, it confirms inferior material choice. So I ask, will CTM replace old stripped uppers? Maybe offer a service where you can insert helicoils?
