I SIGNED UP FOR MY NEXT HALF MARATHON: running update and this runner hates home workouts
I signed up for my next half marathon race in Aberdeenshire. It's been a while since I did a running update so I recorded this one a week ago. I also share a little of a home workout. I follow Penny Barnshaw who uploads new workouts each week. I call it a strength workout but it's probably more of a HIT.
