I’m very intuitive in terms of my body and always have been. I used how I felt. I only started using a watch in March last year so I’ve never paid much attention to pace etc. I can tell how easy/hard I’m able to push. I also walked of I felt tired. No method really which I know isn’t helpful but at the time there wasn’t a lot of advice around Covid and exercise. I didn’t have any races booked until October so I could give myself that rest
Thank you for sharing your experience! I am having trouble running after Covid as well.
It’s a horrible thing isn’t it? The worst is feeling out of breath and knackered . Hope you recover fast
How did you decide how long you could/should run? Did you use exhaustion or something else?
