Hi Jo. I watch your videos. I came across you when I was looking for videos about ultra marathons. I am training for some marathon races and an ultra this autumn and have designed my own plan. I tend to have one speed session a week and then am generally flexible about the rest. I live near the south downs and so my long runs tend to be hilly trail runs so get that practice in there. Good luck with it all. Glad to hear you're enjoying the process.

I've always done that previously and it worked well but I thought I'd try something different this time ;-) I might regret it but we shall see. I'm nearly 4 weeks in now.
