This is the real authentic and original version of the “Japanese culture”, the capital of the Tang Dynasty. Japanese culture is a replica of the Tang Dynasty. Xi’an and Luoyang were ancient capitals of 13 dynasties, including Han dynasty and Tang dynasty, the two golden ages. Google search for “Japanese missions to imperial China” and “Japanese missions to Tang Dynasty”. Japan sent tons of kentoushi 遣唐使 to wholesale copy the Tang culture back to Japan. Nara Period and Heian Period were contemporary periods of Tang Dynasty, and saw suddenly blossoming of Japanese culture becuase those envoys applied everything they had learned in the Tang imperial court back to Japan. Nara and Kyoto (formerly Heian-kyo), capitals of these two periods, were built based on the model of Chang’an, modern day Xi’an. Xi’an was also the capital of the Qin Dynasty (221-206BC) which preceded the Han Dynasty (202BC - 220AD), which reunified China after the broken up Zhou Dynasty that resulted in the Spring-Autumn and Warring State Periods. Qin Shihuang (Qin = Qin Dynasty; Shi = Beginning; Huang = Emperor) Ying Zheng (his name) built the Terra Cotta Army and the Great Wall of China, and standardized weights and measures, chariot axles, currency and writing system. From Xi’an was also where Han Wudi (Martial Emperor of Han Dynasty) won the battle against Xiongnu and annexed Yuezhi, modern day Xinjiang, and opened the Silk Road to connect trade with the Roman Empire. So Xi’an is loaded with ancient Chinese history. If you want to revisit the authentic Japanese culture, revisit the Tang Dynasty capitals Xi’an and Luoyang. If you want to revisit the authentic Korean culture, visit the Ming Dynasty capitals Nanjing and Beijing. Japanese culture = Tang Dynasty culture replica. Korean culture = Ming Dynasty culture replica. Japan, Korea and Vietnam are collectively called the Sinosphere….❤❤❤ We went to Xi’an and Luoyang a few years ago. Visited historical locations like Terra Cotta Army, Huashan, that Tang Dynasty imperial garden Huaqing Palace, Muslim Street, Bell Tower and Drum Tower, Great Wild Goose Pagoda and Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Ancient City Wall. We also visited the Daming Palace Archaeological Excavation Park. Daming Palace was built by Wu Zetian during the Tang Dynasty. Then in Luoyang, we visited the Longmen Grottoes where the biggest Buddha bore the face of Wu Zetian, the Empress of Tang Dynasty. I don’t know if you tried the roujiamo, which is the grandfather of hamburger. Since Xi’an and Luoyang were capitals of so many famous Chinese dynasties, they are loaded with ancient archaeological sites from those dynasties. Love your videos. Thanks for sharing. I am used to villas in my country. It’s the normal one here. lol, I’d like to live in a villa but I can’t afford that so I’d just focus modern apartments with elevators.

Very cute and functional/cozy apartment. Good for you! And your cat is absolutely beautiful. I've never seen a pure solid white cat!!!! Gorgeous! Suggestions from an ole lady who lived in a studio apartment for years. Go through weekly and begin to toss those things that you really don't need to have around anymore. Or put in box and slide under the bed. Keeps things simple and uncluttered.....which keeps the mind clear. Good luck with your life there.

5500 yuan a month for a whole unit in central Beijing I think it’s very fair price lol I like to watch beijing hutong house tours, I stayed in a hotel inside a hutong when I visited. It was pretty cool and the amount of public toilet there was shocking lol
