HOW TO TRAVEL THE INCA TRAIL PERU BY HORSEBACK
Yes thats right... horse back in Peru through the Andes Mountains, the largest mountain range in the world! Quite the sentence isn't it... and quite so the reason why I am so excited to share this with you all! I know it's been a while.. I've been off to the other side of the world and back again, the last few months I have been recalibrating my life in the most beautiful way.. Manifesting my dream place on one of the most popular beaches in the USA and well, making the alignment of my ideas come into fruition... and wow! So many exciting things have been happening!!
That said, I am sorry but not so sorry for making you all wait months for this travel video. I realised I was putting too much pressure on TH-cam and getting content out and well, it took away the fun from it. I don't desire to be a TH-camr full time, it is just a fun project to share my enlightening experiences and knowledge with you all, so reducing the pressure I decided to post according to my own timeline and that means you all have to test your patience hehe. I hope this video was worth the wait for you???
So with that I present to you video 1 of 2 from our adventure in Peru. I travel through the mountains with my friend Chloe and the incredible team from Wari Adventures who well and truly looked after us beyond any means and expectations. The experience to connect with mother nature and the Universe was something else to say the least and if you ever get a chance to experience such a trip, I couldn't recommend it enough to you.
I'd love to hear what it is about this trip resonates with you the most?
More than happy to answer any queries you have about this adventure. As would Alfie from Wari Adventures! Be sure to connect with these amazing people per the below links :)

On today's adventure I see the epic bend at Horseshoe Bend in Kanab and then make my way to Monument Valley where I completely have my breath taken away. Multiple times. I meet a local, Curtis and hear about that land. I feel a true connection with the land as I dance around and get lost in time. Truly a memorable experience for me. Have you been to Monument Valley? Why do I have a feeling you went out to stir the pot on purpose? First off you’re not a street photographer. I would never take my large rig out for street photography. I would opt for a Ricoh or something similar. Jews are more reserved, and some foreigner just flashing a 5D with a very conspicuous lens comes off as rude. Learn your environment and get the proper gear.

Interesting how so many here tag the X-T1 as a good beginning camera, good to learn on & move on. I’ve had and/or used & could afford most Fujifilm cameras, but settled on the X-T1 & it’s X-E2 stablemate as my keepers. As I don’t give a hoot about video or action photography, this era, with my favorite Trans2 sensors, suit me just fine, especially so as I soot with vintage manual lenses at least as much as I do with modern Fuji automatic glass….. To Each Our Own 👌

You can set your AL button to back focusing and you can actually lock it in at that distance until you press it again, just leaving your shutter button as just a shutter function. It's pretty great for fast hip shooting. Mimics old school film zone focusing. As long as you stay at f/8 and above, your zone range is very forgiving if your subject is not right at the prefocused distance

Not gonna lie, that first 3min rubbed me the wrong way. just because something is legal, doesn't mean its ethical, or okay. bottom line you took a photo without consent, they told you that, and the response is, its legal. not cool. Further in, you show that you understand that what youre doing is icky, but you prioritize the photo over peoples comfort. If people clearly demonstrate that they don't or didn't wish to be photographed, apologize and delete. I'm really tempted to get into the culture and history of why people in this area may not be happy with you taking their photos without their consent, but that shouldn't matter. paparazzi energy aint it
