I have really grown to enjoy the conversations you have with the public. I think it really sets your channel apart from just about every other street photographer I follow on youtube. Even your short interactions are entertaining. In the majority of your videos there's going to be at least one segment of interaction that brings a smile to my face.
I know some TH-cam viewers just want quiet POVs, and while I can enjoy those at times, they just become get a little mundane to me. I at least want to know what is going on in the photographer's head when they miss or take a shot.

Am glad to read this Mal! I know I ramble on at times and that some can get annoyed with that but in truth I think about when I started out with photography, especially when I was assisting on set, I always wanted to know what the photographer was thinking and I feel that when I describe what's going on in my head, that someone out there will appreciate the learning of it, like I wish I had all those years ago! So glad you're onboard for the journey Mal! Thanks for tuning in again!

Thats what bring me the most to that channel. The interaction with the viewer and the people in the street. Approaching people in the street is by far the most difficult things to do. Always feeling guilty of doing something wrong. I love how she approach that aspects.

You asked which type of pov we like better and for myself, I think they all have value and are both instructive and fun. Every place is different, the architecture, the people, the atmosphere and character. You bring yourself to each of these and work within their framework and this comes through very clearly.
It’s interesting to see the way you approach what you find and adapt to each situation. This also results in quite varied outcomes, not only in terms of the photos you get but in the types of interactions you have. It can lead to longer conversations or more formal potraits, even turning into mini photo shoots, or sometimes little of anything which is simply the reality of the streets and needs to be shown and acknowleged along with everything else.
Each different environment and interaction also has it’s affect on you that we sometimes observe while it’s happening without narration, sometimes with your comments as it’s ongoing, and sometimes you talk about afterwards. All of this gives a greater understanding and has a wide emotional impact. That’s why I think your povs bring much more to the table than many others that are out there and we get to see more of you and therefore can get a better understanding of ourselves and ultimately the people that we never meet but are nontheless real and make up the world around us.
All of this to say that I appreciate the variety and thus the greater degree of different interactions and end results. It’s always enlightening, sometimes a bit scary, but always thought provoking and often humerous. There’s always a bit of something to squirrel away in one’s brain and provide food for thought and frankly I just enjoy them.

Your in depth point of expression is always appreciated! I think you really get me and the reasoning as to why I do these POVs, it's really reassuring to me to know that what I am doing is coming across for the truth that it is. Thank you for sharing this with me. I really appreciated reading every word of this. I'm glad that direct or subliminal the desired purpose of helping others expand within themselves is felt in full force. Not just within photography but within their mindset and approach to others within this glorious world that we live in. I appreciate you coming along for the journey and picking and pulling from these POVs what resonates with you in every manner

Hi Jason, yes I totally recommend it! I hadn't done it until I started this channel and I have to admit street photography has it's own set of new challenges, but ultimately is the same. Is a lot of fun, definitely worth the go! I wish you luck! Have fun!

1:58 GRL I see this a lot. Most of the time when i enter a room where nobody knows me, someone drop something, that happens many many times even on the streets too, when notice me:D
18:46 Can i suggest not to do this without a spotter? Couse IF some messengers on a roadbike lanefiltering he cant see you squating :( and you can find yourself in an accident. Whatch this: th-cam.com/video/H3f9-dTdksI/w-d-xo.html they are flying :)
    Take care M!

Haha all good words. Keeping my ears and sensors tuned when I'm on the streets is vital. It's also hard to know where my head is because the go pro doesn't show it.
