Thanks for this! I am 28 & studying psychology. Yes debt is an issue everyone is failing with in 2024. It’s not really a you issue. It’s the economy. Oh and being an artistic person is not always great for your mental health. Artistic brains are wired a little differently. I would take it easy and just walk into a job and not care about what kind of job it is.

I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves, we've gotta enjoy life that's the main thing. You look really good now, happy for you.

Im 24 and I'm struggling too. Social anxiety has really hindered my life. My weigjt also added more pressure on me thats why I started loosing weight have lost quite a few still I have few more months ahead of me. I just really want to be more confident and pursue a life. I hope we can all atleast take control of our anxiety live a free life.

They will take in the amazing things that you are putting out like this video. Don't stop, keep going because I personally saw this video as great inspiration and wish my videos could look anywhere near a quarter good as yours.

I turned 27 in June this year. I haven't been excited abt celebrating birthdays for a while now but this birthday was the one that actually made me really sad and kinda hate myself. As to how behind I am in life compared to my friends. Doing a job that i really dont enjoy. Wanting to learn certain skills and dreaming of making a career out of it but deep down knowing my parents wouldn't support it dismissing it cuz its a "bad friggin idea." Sometimes I just want the earth to swallow me whole. I dunno for how long i m gonna be in this mental rut or if i m even gonna make it out. I really am feeling lost man.

30 is still young. I wish I were still 30. Im 38. I do have a career, good income, but I still live with a parent. I still feel lost. Toronto canada is simply unaffordable. I am however happy being single. But I'm lost in a sense where I want my own life and not live with my father who depends on me for companionship and housing. He is afraid of being alone too. I’m 35 and been failing for a long time nothing new… I’m good at it, I guess… But,,, I realized over the years it’s not about me it’s the people around you… It’s about going on because somebody looks up to you. Even when your a failure there’s somebody… And that keeps me going but I have my bad days and good days… Life is like the tides of the ocean 🌊 one minute there up ⬆️ and next there down… If that doesn’t help. Think 💭 of Bamboo takes a long time to grow but when it does it grows the bamboo grows tall and strong over time,,, till a panda 🐼 comes to eat!!!

I'm sure you're not young lady, it maybe just as I have come to learn, that's ADHD, it's far more than just what it's called, dear lady, it could be just as that, ADHD, it seems to brake a person life down to next to nothing, but it's not going to win over you young lady. You can win against it, ADHD. Just a delay, nothing more than just that dear lady.

Im turning 30 in 4 months. It’s interesting that, while you felt deep sadness turning 30, I am met with a lot of anger. Looking back, I can see that my 20s were jeopardised by my childhood traumas, unsupportive parents, financial difficulties and mental health issues. I know that I could have done much better with my life but I was sabotaged. And it sucks…. I would sell my soul to be 20 again and do everything differently.
