How much weight have u lost in 2 months
i just made a jar of it and its the first day and its brown im thinking its from the sugar but i dont now if that will affect it or not
how many tins of sardines do you consume in a day?
Definitely prefer the plunge over the shower. Also, kudos for walking in the snow like that just to get to the water 😮💪
Great fire, enjoyed The video
I add 1 drop of 5% lugol's iodine to my sardines, daily.
Smart❤
I really dislike sardines but I eat them 5 times a week as they have more health benefits than most foods and at a low cost. I mash up 1 tin of sardines with 1 tin of tuna (I like Tuna) & then add cottage cheese. And that is palatable and still keto. Or i'll mash 1 tin sardines with 200g beef mince + cottage cheese or sour cream. If i'm not on keto, then i'll heat up some tomato sauce add sardines and mash them in and add some olives or olive oil and hot chilli powder to mug my taste buds. I get sardines in water as the olive oil they use is cheap and nasty, as are the sauces sardines often come in. PS. Pilchards are larger older sardines and they are even cheaper. Good luck everyone.
Doing the same as you for two months. Can’t wait til my next lab work.
For anyone interested I fast everyday 23 hours with a lot of water I eat for one hour if I want a hamburger I eat that. I started out at 300 pounds I let my self go. I lost over a 120 pounds it feels great when close are to big. In October I am going to try just sardines for a month to get healthy for winter 2024 it is 9/27/24
Me too, I eat one meal a day but what I like and came to a wall but now I eat pretty much just canned fish eggs and vegetables, maybe once a week I will succumb to a slice of toast with some marmite 😂
how many tins of sardines do you consume in a day?
Any update?
Great video I'm into them myself (well priced..... Conveniently in tins & very healthy! 👍💪
I eat sardines it's help me
I got news for you sardines don't have no Mercury research it
I think your plan is smart. I have also been eating sardines, in my case exclusively for the past few days. It's surprising how much improved I feel. I sleep well. I have arthritis but it's not painful now. I'm a well oiled machine. My mind is clear and I feel like doing things. Sardines forever" Who knows? Also, reading about mad cow and chronic wasting disease makes me nervous. Sardines have avoided all the minefields.
Eat them with boiled eggs.
I love sardines m8xed with chopped onions and vinegar...so good
I wrap a can of sardines up in a tortilla with some hat sauce cheep good meal.
I can't wait to try this thanks🎉 im going yo use honey instead of sugar.
Tapatio and lemon juice..black cracked pepper..
You can definitely add lemon and lime juice.
It dont snow here my pine might be different 😅
You can do this with rosemary as well
Fry the little ones (skin and bone in) in butter till the skin is crispy. Always do two cans because if I don't eat them all they are great cold.
I’m the same when I get sick anything that is in my sinuses goes straight to my lungs and lingers. I was wondering if I should stop my fast and not cold plunge ?
You are your niche. Post what makes your heart happy my friend. I’m excited to find your channel. Keep on keeping on.
A staple in Portuguese cuisine. You should look for the Portuguese brands, far tastier!
Happy you posted a new video. I feel like you have something wonderful to share and say. I’m listening 😊
Inspiration is overrated. Regardless of how we feel, it's consistent small actions that make progress, and observing things without judgement.
yes, without judgement is key!
Nice video
Also, how cool would it be if we had videos of life lessons from our parents that we could watch when they are gone? That’s the reason I do it. SOPs for my business, making my waiting room a classroom, and videos for my loved ones to see and learn from when I’m gone.
You got a job? YAY! Nice to hear from you, Conner.
Welcome back
@emerald 88106 Thank you very much for your research on this issue.
Sourdough bread toasted with sardines on top is a hit 👍
to make sardines much more tasty: squeeze lots of 🍋 juice on them, and eat with your favorite pasta/sauce. you'll think you're having an appetizer at an Italian restaurant. 😋
Thats a good idea
My favorites are The NURI brand,😊yummm. Spicy in olive oil
How long did it take to start feeling the effects of eating sardines. I'm in 2 weeks
Update us
This was very interesting and you speak really well my friend, good video. Gotta get some sardines🐟🐟
moving water is how u do it keep it up brotha
What a beautiful cold plunge spot! Thanks for this video it was definitely helpful, been struggling to get over a cold for like two weeks now and I think I might hold off the cold plunges for a few days and see what happens.
Where is this at?
Saedines are the most nutritious food on budget plus in the world you can’t have everything yes sometimes They don’t taste great. But you eating them for nutrition if you still don’t like them add sauce or chopped onions
I discovered sardines in my trip to Morocco last summer looking for a protein source and I have been eating them daily since. I love the little fish so much that I get an endorphin high just thinking about going home and eating them. But I can't eat more than one can a day. Sardines back home in Canada are not as good as the Moroccan ones though. If anyone takes a trip to Morocco, buy the sardines there, they are fat, juicy, and amazing.
If you ever find yourself in Northern NM your more than welcome to plunge in my Morozko Forge.
They are great for our health, so the system programmed us to think they are a weed. They do not want us healthy, there is no money in it for them.
these little guys are nutritious and delicious, but they are even better on top of a fire-roasted-tomato triscuit. 😀
I eat at least 1 can a day of the Henry & Lisa's wild sardines from Whole Foods. They have the skin and bones and are excellent quality.
You know that the most of the sardines packed in olive oil are not 100% olive oil most are mixed with vegetable oil. PS, sardines don't eat other fish, they eat plankton so no mercury.
Will spruce work for this?
I got Sardines for $1 a can at Aldi. They didn't have the ones in olive oil, but they had in water or in hot sauce. I got a couple of esch. They also had sunflower oil ones, but I don't consume seed oils.
I think it taistes like peppermint
