I call this program L cube😊
The transatlantic couple was cute. She seemed friendly and I agree raising a family in the country is nice.
All that paved, area,so sterile in the lovely cottage. Some work taking outv1/3 of front pavement and putting in trees,,shrubs, and roses, lots of roses would, add charm and ,shade and wild life!
£566k for that shite house in Edinburgh. Absolutely barmy !
Freya is beautiful
What year was this shot?
I agree.
Gosh this woman is horrible. Imagine to wake up to that every day. 😬
Glad to see this program come back to life -even with a wife and a few grey hairs; )
'It's Hu-uge!" Kirstie says, as we're shown a long, dark, narrow kitchen! That older couple don't want to downsize - they just want the house they had with 2 fewer bedrooms, for half the price.
I fail to see what say Raffie has in this purchase. She neither brings the money nor the salary to this buy. Love the older couple, so much joy and happiness ❤
The only three things that matter with a property are location, plot, and price. The house itself can always be modified to your needs and liking. I’ve never bought a house with ‘feelings’. So ridiculous given the amount of money involved.
Matt and Antoinette are lovely. Catherine, on the other hand, strikes as a most disagreeable person, indeed!
This must've been written by her ex
Kirstie, please don't say OMG
🙏🏼🕊️ praying for a full and happy life for kat💕
I have to admit I'm a bit bewildered how come they don't teach young people how to use tape measures anymore in school. That way they know how to measure measure a bed and the measure of space to know what will fit and what won't😮
How is it that every house I see just needs a Magnolia tree to kick it into touch.
Kat is an absolute inspiration! Through patience, unrelenting diligence, strength, and determination, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! Best of luck to the couple as well. They definitely conquered the hardest part in anyone's house hunting journey, saving, saving, and saving. Thank you for the post, I became a fan two months ago! Shout out from AMERICA 🇺🇸!!
Spectacular powder room!
I loved that 1st house and I saw the potential. Personally I would have put in an offer below the 700k since it needed total reno, then gradually do it up while I continue renting. I will extend into the loft space to make a master with ensuite while the other 3 bedrooms will share the family bathroom which is a decent size. Being 140k less than what they would have paid for the 3rd home means they would have done a lot with that property and really increased value. I know that a reno project with a baby on the way is daunting but it's not like they were going to be renovating themselves. Before ruling it out, they should have a gotten a quote and how long it will take. However, i am glad they eventually found their forever home.
I want to hire Phil to negociate for me, really. Sure he can help me find a place to, but he is master negociator.
Kirstie, you NEVER be replaced by AI, you are simply irreplaceable, you too Phil.
I liked the flat in Hillside, which had a lot of potential, although no garden.
Ben is hot!
This made me smile, I watch this 19:56. Phil walks past a wall, tapping it, and saying, take this down, easy... ignoring the fact that there is a radiator on it. Then at 26:24 he says the fact that there is a garage in your face at the front of the house adds to the privacy.
The only reason they do catch up episodes is because no one is buying houses in this market lol
That’s not true. They’ve been doing update episodes since 2005!
The market is always hot in the UK it seems, been watching a few of these uploaded here and there with years between episodes. Can't help but think Phil, always impecaibily dressed should have been a banker.
Woman thinks every house is ugly. Hard pressed to get what she would consider attractive.
Poor Laura wants to be a stay at home mom and gardener but she has to work for the house she wants. Hope she figures it out before Jack starts school. Both couples are sweet, best wishes to them. Thanks for the download!
I love the way Kirstie puts her arm through Phils', almost like a married couple, very sweet.
The older couple just get it... I'm 15 years older but I get it too.
Love the dynamic between Phil and Kristie ~~~ everyone should have a friend like Phil and Kristie.
You cannot have it all and you have to decide quickly. I can’t believe they were searching for years. It means they did not really wanted to buy.
Do they have a team who comes in and cleans places up before they show them, everything so spotless, well organized... no papers, no nik naks, clean cut.
How Lovely the houses are in England ❤ and to see the canal boat on the river was the icing on the cake.
Watching this overseas I cannot help but be surprised by how many properties have no garden bc everything has been tarmaced, paved, concrete over.
What these young people dont realize, maybe nobody thinks about it; if you have kids, the scope to move greatly decreases, bc the kids education is more important than that next move; so the next 10-15 years, is more likely in the next 8 years or after the next 28 years...
The 1st hs was fab!the last one, heavenly. Wonderful garden.
I dropped my son off at JK while in full labour with my daughter Gillian, Jackson marched right into his class and picked up a card with "Drum" on it his Nanny had taught him and written his name on all his drawings! The next day we went for a long walk, Gillian tiny and prambulatored, Jackson walked over a few miles and insisted on being the sturdy boy!
Prince Harry has married Kate 😊
I seldomly have see so many ugly houses in a show. And given the price tags on them, this is a rather depressing watch. 😕 But thank you so much for uploading these new episodes. Greatly appreciated.
What a difference a professional negociators makes! Well done Phil & Kirstie
I LOVE this episode so much! The two couples are precious! I wish them both well in their lives!
Anna doesn't seem to want to be doing any of this.
Is Kirstie the sister of Sofie Allsop. They look very similar and even sound alike.
Her mother. Compare dates of Shop he's show.
@@gyoshinvirginialawson5964 I Googled it. Kristie is her sister. Her mother is Fiona.
Is Kirstie a sister to Sofie Allsop?
I just love how the dating couple's guy was always saying we, we, we when it's all HER money buying the property.
why dont sellers get all their junk out before putting house on the market? Most people CAN't see past it- are they really taking all that with them when they move?
How did simple house become half a million??
2 lovely couples. They should be happy in their new houses.
