So glad both families got their dream homes at the end, which doesn't always happen. Good for them and well done to both Kirstie and Phil! White thatched house is absolutely stunning, inside and outside, happily situated with lovely garden and views and such warm, characterful feel about it. If I understood properly, Amy was the one who found that house and basically turned to Phil in order to top it in every possible way - or to, ultimately, negotiate the best price for her original choice if that doesn't happen. Which was the scenario at the end. Very shrewd business woman.

Even if you don’t care for a property you should view it and state clearly why it works or doesn’t work. You are helping someone understand what you need and that takes a lot of input.

Seriously don’t understand what she means pretty house. The second house was beautiful, a bay window with flowers out front. And then sometimes British people look at a house that’s basically a blank wall with a few windows, like the first one for the other couple, and say “oh that’s such a lovely house”….

I'm confused. Phil says the Worthing flat has 83 years left on the lease, and lenders won't lend on places with less than 70 years left on the lease, so there's a problem. But 83 is 13 years MORE than 70, so what's the problem?

I live in SF and I've never heard of this show. It suddenly came up on my TH-cam and I've been binging for weeks. I am always amazed at the picky couples and how Phil and Kirstie use their sales/persuasive tactics to move things along in pretty gentle language.

Wish they purchased the house Cody fell in love with. It had most of their wants. She was so happy. Dad was a real kill-joy😢. Painful to watch him squash her happiness. A lot of good choices in this episode. TFS ❤😊

I used to live a couple of miles away from Bichhanger and I know leaden roding well, I never remember those semis being in excess of £450,000. Christ I bought my first family 3 bed home for under £100,000 in Bishop's Stortford. Young people are being priced out of their communities so sad.
