It really clarifies things to realize how many thousands of pounds more you are paying to save yourself ten minutes' walk to a train station, for example. Is it it really worth that amount of money? Are you really spending your money wisely if the garden shed you insist upon is effectively costing you enough in extra money to build three garden sheds in another location? Smart woman. (Plus adorable!)

Some people are never satisfied, no matter what. It's a pity they don't realise that in life you always have to compromise on something, the perfect house does not exist out of the box. Also, R.I.P. cute doggie.
The newlyweds seemed really fuzzy and not that open minded considering their budget. Wonder if they are good at compromises at all? Kirsty and Phil are treasures ❤❤
I'm super friendly and outgoing when I'm engaged with people, but my RBF looks truly mean and scary. I've noticed that shy people often come across as pessimistic or snobbish. Hopefully, we can all just give each other a little grace.

It looked in the later part of Graham and Anna, she was looking very sad all the time. Their home is gorgeous, but I idin't think it was the loss of their dog that hit them badly. i think it was a misscarriage, possiblty two in that long and Anna only talks about moving on, that's what is the missing link. The loss of an infant, espcially the first is a devastating blow to most couples and many don't survive it. Greg has probably drinking hence the weight gainand it's good they had the house to fuss over. Lost babies are rarely forgotten, especially late stage. My heart goes out to both of them working to keep thair marriage alive.
Second couple , spent $40K more and renovated all ????..and then get into more debt again for the second time? that is why you never believe what the budget is and what the clients want.
They were always clear what they wanted: space. It was especially clear because the one house Kirstie showed them that they loved needed a lot of work and wasn’t in the best location but they loved it anyway because it was so large. And that is what they got with both houses they bought: a lot of space. I don’t know what you’re on about.

living in Canada is insane pricing nothing is under a cool million in BC western Canada. I love so many of these and the price.

They did buy a fixer upper so yes they did compromise.
Anna looks properly unhappy with life.
But she said she was really happy, loved her job and felt fulfilled, complete opposite of unhappy with life, I think she just has a sad resting face.
