Thank you 😊. I, and many others who live abroad who can't access live episodes, truly appreciate the effort you go to in uploading this fantastic program.
Emily and Joe are such a lovely young couple.. so happy they found a home.. ❤ On the other hand, "Sulky" and "UnCooly" made me feel totally miserable.. they need to learn how to SMILE, at least now and again! 🙂😆
She smiled at the last house. Not sure why he showed them the house with such a discrepancy in yard height. Would not want that even without kids. Pain to walk up all the time.
🍀💕I realy cant get over Phil and Kirsty, they must be soul something, because their energies are just so amasing together. My favorit videos on TH-cam.🥰👍🏼🇩🇰🍀
I think the couple with the 3 children seem to be very fussy but I guess they have a right to when spending £400,000. I was really happy for the young couple who found what they were looking for. Thanks for the uploads to Greece as I always enjoy watching the episodes- even the older ones !
The nice garden with just a bit of a slant would’ve been a great play space for the kids. Also the garage could’ve been converted eventually into a another bedroom. Also could be useful as an office space. The youngest child is only three years old so a small bedroom wouldn’t be, problem for at least three or four years. Plus, it was under budget on a really quiet street. Plus, the living room would serve well as an office space since the door closed. The open plan kitchen dining room was quite quite large, I think big enough for big families and their relatives. It seems like there was something else blocking a purchase for them. I’m not sure, hesitation, spending this much money and wanting it to be perfect. I think they had trouble envisioning how a house might be changed or expanded in order to accommodate what they were looking for
Thanks again for sharing this, it's always such a treat !😍 Wow, the last house Phil showed the family of 5 was absolutely amazing! I would have chosen that one, although house #3 was super too!👌 I'm happy for Kirstie's couple, but I would've chosen the forever home #4!
poor Phil, he had to actually coax this couple to smile, faces longer than a wet week! Their budges simply does not match their unrealistic desires, just wasted his time...probably still window shopping.
Why is phil always stuck with people who are impossible to satisfy? The couple with children are not going to find something that has everything they ever hoped for. Who does? The young couple should have taken the fourth property in my opinion, but I'm glad they found something they like.
Oh she was a miserable s0d! smile luv! Obsessed with child friendly garden and then threw in parking. Timewasters... The young couple were the sweetest!
I am always amazed at sellers who do not tidy up their house before viewing. It doesn't need to be perfect but my goodness, put away the clutter and clothes and clear up the bathroom counter tops! Also, do people in the UK ever actually park their cars in the garage? I have watched numerous episodes of this program and I do not think I have ever seen a car IN the garage! (That couple with the three daughters were doing my head in! Poor Phil)
It is truly strange how people viewing a property can't imagine how to put their own style into it - especially the family who said there was no character in an empty, white, blank slate new build.
The couple with 3 children will never find what they want and if they do it be way over budget. The space in the last house was great. The small garden could have easily been made child friendly. It makes me laugh about spend time outdoors. It's the UK, there is very little outdoor weather. I honestly don't get some people
I wonder if anyone has realized that working from home "sounds so good" until the reality hits of just how much the company is saving in not paying for office space BUT how much this is costing the individual person.
I work from home and save a lot of money. I sold my car and now my husband and I just share the one. Fuel or public transport to get to work alone was costing me about £150pm. I cook lovely healthy food at lunch time for myself and don’t need to pack a cold sad lunch or fork out money to buy one. I’m really not sure where the added cost comes in? I already pay for WiFi and I would put the heating on in winter anyway because I love my pets and want them to be warm…
Thanks for the upload. I was brought up in a three tiny bedroom terraced house in Huddesrfield. We were 5 in the family. These entitled , fussy people make me want to vomit. I've lived in Africa for more the than 30 years, after travelling the world. I definitely won't be going back after seeing the way these people think.
Family of 5 can't be that desperate to change their circumstances. I get a feeling they think they should get bigger cheaper. That and they keep upping their "want" list.
The couple with children will have been feeling pressure from their extended family and community to show prosperity and wealth and progress and..... success. Therefore, size and bling is every-thing.
I do not understand either of the first two houses Kirstie showed them. Front door opens into the garage before you get to the house? That is insane and so unwelcoming. That puts both houses in a solid 0 out of 10.
But you could have seperated the entrance from the garage and you would have had a seperate large storage/ office space or a garage to park your car and keep all the gear with an entrance corridor (long and narrow though ....) Not too bad for a house at that price ..... (199.000) And the bedrooms with balcony/ large window with the view into the lush greenery was quite nice. Now they only have a cemented small space in front of the house to sit and wave at the cars passing by ;-)))))
I do wonder why there is no parameter set for outdoor area during the initial interview, when so much else -- such as number of bedrooms, living space layout, and budget -- is defined. The couple with three children might have realized at the outset what they would come to realize in the end: they would be willing to compromise on size and number of bedrooms for a "child-friendly" garden.
We used to go onto building sites with half built houses, and jump from the first floor onto a mound of sand for fun. I used to somersault off my top bunk in a tiny bedroom ......There's nothing wrong with the garden for girls to play in 😂
Before finding the house they need more space and once they are inside the house, they just can't have that feeling. It wasn't very clear to the agent, but I think those buyers didn't know what they wanted.
A difficult pair of searches, these. Both couples seemed searching for both specific and elusive requirements and not always getting them to add up enough points for a sale.
The 1st Chapel Allerton 1960s townhouse should have been cleared of all the clutter! Good grief. Build a hallway wall in the garage of both so people don't come in through all of your crap.
That’s because in England most houses don’t have a garage except the new builds. I’m English but live in Canada now and I must say I hate the new building in England at least in Canada are interesting and have a bit of style
@@suewhite4821 I agree 100% with you sue. We vacation in Italy every year and I cannot help but lament how sad it is that both the UK and Germany, and many places in between lost many of there most beautiful buildings bc of the world wars. Thankfully Italy still has many, and better than that still holds design close to its heart.
20:53 this house is hideous, looks great on the outside! Looks like some Microsoft executive from the 1980s decided to revamp the inside with a ridiculous file storage structure. This house does not flow whatsoever.
We always have dried our clothes on a clothes line in New Zealand, Aussie, Wales & Spain. Its usually out the back tho. However it wouldn't bother me seeing washing out the front. Saves a fortune in electricity & smells good after being in the fresh air 😊
It was the done thing in yorkshire as a lot of the houses were back to back, the only entrance was the front door. So that was your only outside space out the front door.
I cannot understand why each child requires their own room...since they are all girls, close in age, they can easily share....I shared a room with 5 sisters...a couple of bunk beds and a Murphy bed and all was fine
It is true you really have to have that feeling like you belong and this is home for you. However, those places were so beautiful and I haven't seen past homes on this series where they had three CW. Seems like UK is upping their game on properties.

The nicest couples without pretentions get the best deals!! I hope the "sweeties" enjoy their delightful home together - it was a great choice!!!

True.... hard to watch couple....
I found the wife overly reserved and bordering on being a pill. Don't get what they didn't like about the last house.
They were absolutely exhausting to watch even me being miles away in South Africa.
She smiled at the last house. Not sure why he showed them the house with such a discrepancy in yard height. Would not want that even without kids. Pain to walk up all the time.
Some potential neighbours had a lucky escape from the „party“people.

Thanx for posting Roldan. Love this program.
Love the dynamic between Phil and Kristie ~~~ everyone should have a friend like Phil and Kristie.

Thanks so much for the upload. Can’t access these episodes in Australia otherwise. Much appreciated! 😁
One lovely couple, one pain..... poor Phil
Thank you for the daily vids, Roldan. Very much appreciate it.
I love Kirsty & phil, they are the absolute BEST. I love the way they just seem to get along so well. You can tell they have a real chemistry

Their budges simply does not match their unrealistic desires, just wasted his time...probably still window shopping.
Suki has a completely blank affect, like she’s sedated.
The couple with 3 kids should just buy a land and build their big bedrooms, big gardens and parking spaces. Problem solves.
I agree!
In the areas they're looking, I doubt there is any land left....

At 400k in this market, no chance. How can you expect 4 double bedrooms when you’re living in a two and a half bed

Someone in the tv production team hates Phil lol
Yes very true...also I agree the 4th house was much better...
Disagree, the chances of securing the 4th house would have been slim to nil. I think they made a perfect choice
Oh she was a miserable s0d! smile luv! Obsessed with child friendly garden and then threw in parking. Timewasters... The young couple were the sweetest!

I would say there’s a difference between style which you can add and character which is usually associated by a type or age of a property.
Watching and enjoying every episode i can find on TH-cam from Edgewater New Jersey, across the Hudson River from Manhattan. Thank you Kirsty and Phil!
Well done to the young couple, love their house.
Love your program, all the way from South Africa❤
Yes, loving the show ❤ so good to see Yorkshire again from the USA
Are sellers never told to declutter when they show their home?
Depends - if the market is bouyant - they could leave the washing up out and buyers would look past iy

the couple think that just because they have 400,000 pounds that they are owed everything they want. who do they think they are??? the Windsors?

Love the young couple and so deserving 🤗
The couple with kids, their enthusiasm is so underwhelming. And if I hear “ ticking those boxes” one more time I’ll scream.
Love you two!
It’s interesting to see that at any budget what is desired is so frequently larger than the budget.
Thankyou for this episode ❤
Those cardboard flats were horrendous, 240 k? Omg
I cant believe it takes so long for settlement dates to happen in the UK. In New Zealand, it usually 6 weeks from a written offer being accepted

What a miserable couple! So happy for the other couple, though.
The couple were interested in a house where the cross-the-street neighbors hung their wash on a line in the front yard. I hope that was a one off…

Agreed...if you can't afford a bedroom for each kid sharing is the compromise!!!
Because you suffered from a lack of personal space, everyone else should?
I and my sister shared a room until I left for college. I hated it. If they can afford it they should give the girls their room.

What's the issue with new builds? In north america, we often like new (no issues with wiring, plumbing and roof!)
I know this is an interestingshow, but why can't these people find their OWN properties - are they just too lazy, or too busy ❓️🙄🙄
