What was the reading curriculum change you made? We did AAR reading and Saxon math last year and my daughter now hates school and I'm anxious about starting first grade after kindergarten was NOT fun and so miserable for her.

For parents who want CLE Math to be more hands-on, I recommend having some base ten blocks, a learning clock, play money, and some fun little counters on hand (we use little bears). It goes a long way!
