The reason you had long chips is not because you had a sharp chain but the direction of the grain you were cutting. When you cut across the log it will throw chips. When you cut the length of the log as you did to down sized that round it will throw those long strips. But definitely fun video to watch.

Does this make the rabbits to fat.. if i free feed mine they get fat unless they're grow outs

thats pretty bad ass! I look at the lumber you guys get in the states and its amazing. Here in Canada the hardware stores mostly sell knotty pretzels. I will put this on my build list, i bet it will sell

What brand and type of paint and you using in this? As far as I know these can only spray water base. Rust-oleum make a water base?

I have one and have had good luck with it. It does say in the instructions not to cut more that 3/32" at a time. I typically cut 1/32". Also I saw your helper handing you that long board back. That's what the rollers on top are for. I almost completely eliminated sniping by adjusting the feed trays (that's also in the instructions). I know this comment is late but thought it might help someone out.

I was enjoying your vidio on treated wood for hutch build. I noticed looked like brackets , two per box on back wall . About 2x3 looks like metal. What are they? Also you painted black paint half way up walls . What's that for . Thanks. Stephen fm oklahoma city

You didn't put wire mesh in the ceiling to keep the mice out.the corrugated roof doesn't prevent critters from getting in.
