I think the story CG freezes because when downloading the assets, the internet connection is unstable and thus make some of the video files corrupted (unfinished). I have tried to use mobile data to download the newest update, and the last cutscene freeze. However, when I delete the video assets on the folder and re-download it using Wi-Fi, it is fixed. I am on PC STEAM client if anybody wondering.

I hate the paleto NPC's. I only go up there if I'm in a car meet lobby and someone leads us up there. Have nothing but bother with traffic all over the place

I noticed that on ps4 today as I came out of the customs shop , and it's not only that cars are bashing into you at all angles 🙄

Some of them are coding errors like those ones that hit the pole on a path near the beach in Paleto or the ones that stop at wrong red lights, but the rest they do that on purpose, they're coded to do stupid shit like in irl, I don't remember exactly but there's a video where they explain this, especially when the player is going fast through the city and npcs all of the sudden turn into to your path or stop in the middle of the intersection, it's coded on purpose, to annoy the player, it's a satire game after all 😂

I play on PC. I see this in a lot of places like some intersections in the northside of the city. I think Rockstar's priority is on the next gen now.

Its not just paleto bay area ive noticed its in the city to other night I was ran over by a truck and the npcs were pretty much acting like they did here

Maybe its not a bug, just npc are tired or they re getting a accident seizure or passing out like in rare cases in real life.

You can notice something similar in the vineyards near Fort Zancudo, some NPCs trips and falls in the bridges of the zone while others goes in a straight line ramming everything in their way

finally found someone who has the same problem as me… yes, my honkai on pc also freeze on that exact same scene…. have you managed to find a solution? reinstalling and redownloading the asset doesnt work
