My headcannon for Lady: She is an LNER Y7, modified at Crovan's Gate in 1962 with a bunker and industrial buffers. She works to this day at Toryreck Dairy & Co., just outside Toryreck itself. P.S: I am actually writing a book introducing her as of the posting of this coment. My headcannon for Thomas is the same as Sudrian Rails ( shoutout to him! ) Thomas was built in 1924 at Crovan's Gate Works. He was made with a LMS 3F chasis and an E2 inspired upper shell. He came into service on October 9th and transferred to the Ffarquar branch in 1928.

Personality-wise, I think ever since the events of Series 5, in the aftermath. Thomas has become a mature engine, much like Edward and Toby combined. And Percy did too. As there could be a few episodes the two would now start to age.

I think we forget that we don't have to stick with what already exists. There are no rules on how to tell a story. Some of the best things that have come from the fandom have changed things from the source material. The horrors of Hawin Lake makes 1020 (or Dane) an angry specter looking for closure. BadManoredProductions shows the engines in a much different portrayal than most would. Tines Sensahthe made Toby a f*cking Giga Chad. All I can say is if you want to tell a story just tell it any way you want to.

1:15 CHEAP MECHANDISING BE LIKE:

Personally for sticking the decals to the models I feel the method of leaving them as paper and from there using some form of glue like pva or some glue in them tube things that schools have to stick them on . Then clear spray the item in Matt or gloss varnish depending the look . That’s how I would do the stickers ! Or if your lucky enough to just skip all these steps and have sticker paper to just stick it on like that to save like a whole half hour of your day ! But considering ertl made old coaches I don’t think the red ones will be needed for me ! Tho for my needs probably some things like a works unit coach or some orange branchline coaches Now the works unit coach would need to be modified with a pin glued on each end … for Donald and Douglas and there snow episodes going tender to tender with a coach in the middle ! But the orange branchline coaches can be Annie and clsrsbel with the faces sanded off and then get a similar orange and paint the name in the stickers and the front where the face once was with maybe some silver buffers on them too ! Then that’s all ! Bye and don’t forget to smile ! Oh and personally for ertl thomas and friends rollingstock how it’s mostly plastic I feel adding weight inside the cosches for weight makes them more sturdy when being pulled by a engine Say thomas can just pull 5 before they topple over .
