I experienced my first EF5 a few days ago with my probes getting 333 kmh. That's the only way I know it was because it barely hit anything. Sucks that I don't have an interceptor yet.

I'm more of an interceptor, a radar watcher, a probe dropper, a DOW user, and a photographer. I modeled my chasing style after that of Tim Samaras, and I've seen my fair share of doofinators and Reed Timmers lol I also use a DOW occasionally. My main car is a White Chevy Cobalt. Tim Samaras was my idol and it shows.

Ya know you make a good point, you get so focused on the tornadoes you forget there are other things to chase and observe, I still remember the first time approaching a storm in 1.21 hearing the monstrous roars of lightning and everything, really makes you feel tiny.
